Not a value-for-money room accommodation considering the daily rate charged. This was a two floor below ground floor room, very narrow(similar to a box room) though with toilet and shower. No wardrobe and scanty pillow/beddings. Ventilation is poor and with no daylight. One could not tell the time of the day. There was an incident in which while in the...

Having read all the critical reviews, I didn't have high expectations on this hotel. But in the end I couldn't complain. I had a basic room on one of the upper floors (so with a window!): no big luxury, but clean and comfortable. Nice service, good wifi and perfectly connected to the airport and the city centre. The breakfast room...

For a price which is really no bargain, a rabbit warren of dozens of tiny rooms in a basement WITH NO WINDOWS! No ventilation, can hear every move neighbours make through paper thin walls. A terrible hole to stay in. Stay away.

Situated near the Stockholm city centre, the hotel is the best for the travelers who want to explore the city and finally have some relaxing time in their room. Excellent staff, modern and very comfortable room, very powerfull wifi service and a plentiful braekfast. I recommend the First Hotel ever and ever to all the people wants to visit the...

A very basic but a nice hotel for a short stay. We stayed there for a couple of nights getting ready for our trip to Gothenburg then north Sweden. The rooms are quite small, but comfy. No phone, fridge or cupboards in the room, not even a safe. It was so bright as it has big windows. You have to...

Tiny and small room. Breakfast is good and included. Do not trust their directions for the arlanda bus. I have almost miss the flight. Moreover, the room was without any window which could be good for sleeping, but make a little bit unpleasant your stay. But this is something subjective.................................................................................... .... .....

It was a good place but its to far away from the centre of town. The room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, although the beds were very nice. Was okay to stay there for a night, wouldn't want to stay there for a week though. I believe although the rooms are nice, they should upgrade their canteen and make...

If you are traveling with the a family of 4 this is a good place, not expensive but worth your money. It is clean and they have comfortable beds. The breakfast is yummy! The location is not bad at all.

We booked a family room for 4 people and were originally worried that the size and accessibility would not be able to accommodate all 4 people. However, when we got to our room, we were able to fit 5 people with ease under our last minute circumstances. Room service was rather vague but room was very simplistic and useful.

Got upgraded from the budget rooms in the basement. Budget rooms are stuffy with no ventilation. Got a nice room on the third floor with big windows and nice bed. Good shower. Jice bed. Got compensation refund for bad budget room. In all feel much better.

Staying in Kungsholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
