My partner and me chose the hotel for a 3-night stay and in spite of the mostly negative feedback form the other visitors, we realized we hadn't made a mistake. The hotel is right in the centre of Stockholm. Vasa gatan is the street next to it. 7 minute walk to the Central station. The street where the hotel is...

Only rarely do you have to stay in a hotel this bad. You need to have some sort of perfect storm coincide. That happened to me. An assistant booked me a room here because it was conveniently located and the price was decent. Well, the price would have been decent if the hotel room had been even remotely close to...

I went for a long weekend in Stockholm with two friends to celebrate my birthday. I wasn't sure if I had done the right thing, after booking the Colonial and then reading the reviews; we booked a tripple basic room, but then I emailed them and asked to upgrade to standard tripple room, which they were happy to do. However,...

We're so disappointed with the black brown lady who assisted us. She was mean. The job tittle doesn't suit her. The room smells bad even the bathroom. The breakfast was good though but the juice was almost empty. Been travelling around but i havnt seen such a thing like that. It's just like the juice was the left over from...

Good breakfast, many options, incliding fruits. Really bad wifi, signal kept dropping, sometimes unusable in the room. Really dated Rooms, not very spacious and the beds werent that good. Had a room with shared bathroom, and its a small one, like in a apartment, but it was usually clean. In general, the value is adequate to the price, since Stockholm...

I stayed as a single female in October 2015 for two nights. The hotel and rooms are dated and basic, but fine for a reasonably located, safe and clean place to stay in Stockholm. For example, my room consisted of bunk beds (with one lamp working and the other broken) with thin and slightly torn curtains, a wardrobe and a...

Wanted to book a place in Stockholm from Expedia. Tried this one! What a disaster. It is a very old building-from the 1800's I think, and it looked it. It seems as if no maintenance is ever done there. Everything is very old and falling apart. There is no parking lot here. You will have to try to park on...

the hotel location is fine: close to the central railway station. however the building probably hasn't seen any maintenance since the early fifiies of the last century. as an example: the old elevator got stuck several times per day. On the positive side: the beds were not as bad as they looked and the bathroom (shower) was even fine.
