Just across from the train station on a quiet back street, a perfect place for a short get away or a good night's rest when working. The hotel is very quiet and fairly small. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming and can give good local advice. You need to get the door codes if checking in late...

We stayed 2 nights over a weekend. The hotel is very close to the train station and a short walk to the center of Linkoping. The rooms are a little dated and our room (one of the large doubles with a kitchenette) had a slight musty smell. TV channels are Swedish only (no CNN etc), but English language shows in...

When I pulled into the Hotel du Nord parking area I was a bit skeptical. Thankfully, the first impression was a wrong impression. Yes, the hotel is a bit older and some may say it needs a bit of renovation but everything works well and the staff keeps the hotel very very clean. Our room was large and also had...

We have family living in Linkoping so visit frequently. We really like the Hotell du Nord because of its great staff and central location to the train and bus station and the city center, all just blocks away. And even though it is close to the station, it is really quiet. We recently stayed there for two weeks over Midsommar....

This was my second stay with Hotel du Nord. This gem has so much to offer. Great location, close to the airport, rail road station and city center. Stayed in connecting rooms #401 & #402 with husband and son. Quiet and very clean rooms with well equipped kitchens and well planned out space. Bright, blonde swedish style furnishings with an...

This is a truly great place. The location is good, close to the railway station and the staff is very friendly. My room was small but clean and quiet, just the way I like it. The wifi didn't work but I was offered a LAN cable while checking in. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well. I didn't have...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I particularly liked the simplicity of decor, double doors (you need to open two sets of doors to get into the room - blocks out the noise!), thick walls for soundproofing, great Swedish breakfast and fresh bread, and the incredibly helpful attitude of the staff. I arrived at the hotel having forgotten...

I spent two nights at this hotel and what can I say, great and welcoming. Do you like to feel like home than you have come to the right place. The hotel is small and cousy, well the rooms (at least the one I got) is too cousy/small ;) but hey, I was only going to sleep there and the...

Hotel is pleasant - my room was small, but clean and nicely done up. The little old lady who worked when I was there was charming and kind. The place has a family-run feel. Location is very good, close to the railway station and fairly close to the center of town. Breakfast was decent - small, but sufficient.

Hotell du Nord is a wonderful little place to stay. The friendliness of their welcome alone is out of the ordinary. The staff are always willing to help in accommodating to your needs. Clean, conveniently located in Linkoping (near the station), and very reasonable. I will be back!
