Handy to everything, great breakfast, free water (still and sparkling), clean comfortable room, great shower, but the rest of the bathroom could have been just a bit bigger. But when you travel solo you get used to the broom cupboard, especially in Europe. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Reasonably priced hotel on the edge of Helsinki's Design District. Easy walking distance to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and hearty breakfast included in the price. Speedy, free wi-fi. Although the room got warm, we just asked a staff member to unlock the windows, which they quickly did. A fan was also readily available.

3 night stay. Despite being over €450 total cost this hotel was extremely overpriced. But, everywhere in Helsinki is very expensive so maybe relatively speaking is correctly priced. Pros: Very friendly staff, very comfy bed, excellent Wifi and decent breakfast, safe in room. Cons: No air con my room was oppressively hot, appearance is poor, tiny bathroom. It did grow...

Our visit at this hotel was quite special, as we stayed here three separate times during a short period of time. By that, this hotel became the home base as we visited surrounding places. And during all of that time, the staff was very helpful. The furnishing of the rooms is quite simple, but they are held clean at any...

Hotel Anna has an easy location...and easy family feeling...and wonderful breakfasts! The breakfast staff was very gracious and the receptionist was very helpful in getting me a shuttle reservation to the airport. Even with the room's desk fan on fulltime, the room was a bit stuffy. Fresh air would be great. I will stay at Hotel Anna again.

While the breakfast, beds, and concierge were excellent, we found that there were several issues with our bathroom. First the sink was tiny and drained EXTREMELY slowly. Also, the shower head was incredibly difficult to position and as a result, showering wasn't easy. If you are staying for a short while, not traveling with a family(we found it a bit...

I liked that the hotel was a little way from the centre so the surrounding streets were quite quiet but it was still close enough to walk easily to the main sites. The reception staff were OK, not particularly friendly and welcoming but not rude either. However, at breakfast when I asked about the ingredients in the cereal, a very...

Nice place in the middle of the city. Good service and great that parking lot could be arranged by the hotel. The place is quite small, corridors narrow and our room was tiny, but sufficient. Same goes for the breakfast, everything you need but nothing extra fancy. In other cities you would expect more for the same money, not sure...

Nice comfortable mid-range hotel near lots of tourist sites in the Design District and central Helsinki. We were in two bedroom #701. Given the price-point, it was a good size. Our co-travelers who had one bedrooms, however, mentioned several times that their rooms were small. The staff were very nice and helpful. Free wi-fi and the free breakfast were a...
