We stayed at the hotel during August 2017. The hotel is being renovated at the moment but it is hardly noticed as they are going to extreme lengths in keeping business as usual.
The rooms are at highest standards, the staff is friendly, patient and...More

The hotel was in a great location close to the city center, harbor and lots of shopping, dining, and area attractions. All within easy walking distance. The room was great. Very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished with a descent view. The hotel was undergoing some...More
The hotel is in a very convenient location, maybe 10 minutes walk from the railway station with luggage, 5 minutes without. Stockmann is also about 5 minutes walk away, the harbour 15 minutes, and there is a tram stop right outside. The rooms are not...More
My company picked this hotel. Not bad. Rooms were clean and seemed recently remodeled. Breakfast had minimal selection. Unusual design to have a third light in the bathroom w/o a switch. It stayed on 24/7. Waste of power. Have to pull card from main switch...More

Breakfast is served Monday-Friday at 06:30-10:00, Saturday at 07:00-10:30 and Sunday at 08:00-11:00. There is also a small shop open 24/7 at the reception where you can buy some snacks, hot/cold drinks, sandwiches etc. Electric wather kettle is available only in Superior rooms, but not on Standard rooms. There is a separate luggage room where you can leave your bags at your own risk, and it should be free of charge according to my knowledge. At railway station, which is only 300-400m from the hotel, there are lockable storage cabinet. They cost 2-6 euros depending on the size of the cabinet.
