What I liked: LOCATION: it's just off the main road and very easy to find. The surroundings are beautiful - we had a nice evening walk in the nearby field when the...

Superb hotel, yummy breakfast. Awsome view on the fjord. Nice spacious rooms with a friendly. There is also a warm welcome by the cat from the neighbouring farm. He is nice and cuddly! I will go back whenever I am in the area.

The hotel is about 15 km before Akureyri coming from the east. It is called a guest house but it is actually a hotel with reception, dining room and two units of rooms, called guesthouse and farmhouse. The signs at the entrance are confusing, leading you to believe that there are a hotel and a guesthouse on the premises but...

Only 12 km east of Akureyri on the ring road (highway 1), this is a great location for those who don't like to stay in a city. There is a restaurant on site which serves dinner, and breakfast can be arranged also (extra charge.) There are rooms with ensuite, and also rooms with shared bath. There is a common kitchen...

Clean and spacious common areas, kitchen, dining and tv room. They even had a hot tub! View from our room was breathtaking! We had breakfast on the balcony next to...

The guesthouse is near Akureyri, which is a lovely small city and It's very near to rt1. The beds were very good and they have a very large common room. Also nice view from the rooms on to the mountains. Perfect place for travelling through the area.

Comfortable, though not fancy room but with great view over mountains and for sunsets. Friendly staff. Nice communal facilities that were very clean and spacious. The owners seem keen to improve and expand to make this a pleasant place to stay. Hot tub outside with views, lovely indoor/verandha area with roses growing where you can take a bit to eat....
