What a fantastic find! The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The location is perfect! The restaurants & shopping are one block away. The hotel was very quiet. I would stay here again. The breakfast delivery fed us for breakfast & lunch.

We stayed in a studio on the top floor. It was a great size, very clean and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. The hotel is within easy walkable access of all the major sites and restaurants in the city centre. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our room, which involved a tray of spreads,...

Saw this place in a korean travelogue before my trip and felt "this is it"! Although it was a bit more expensive, it was worth it! Averages about €160 per night for a 2 bedders. stayed a total of 4 nights and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suites which means you get a whole house to yourselves! Skip paying...

EVERYONE at this property was so super nice and accommodating for us! They helped us with tours, made sure we were comfortable at all times and even gave me a gift basket for my birthday!! The fridge was always stocked with complimentary milk and juice and we were never lacking in anything this stay! I love Iceland and I love...

Two things I liked best about this hotel: it preserves historic city buildings, and the location is perfect. Visitors to the city will note the large number of older buildings being demolished to make way for new hotels. This hotel instead renovated historic buildings to create lovely hotel rooms. Well furnished with small kitchenettes, comfy beds and large windows, the...

Traveled to Iceland for the first time with my family of 4. The staff here are excellent!! They responded to my (many many) inquiries during the booking process and afterwards when I had questions about tours and activities prior to our arrival. All queries were cheerfully and promptly answered. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for one night and...

I booked a junior suite for four nights, arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am, and was let into my room since it was ready. What a kindness after a long flight! The room has two areas to sit, a kitchenette, a big comfy bed, bathroom with shower only, and amazing windows for fantastic light when you need it. The...

Location of the Residence was slightly off the main drag of |Reykjavik and away from the noisy traffic. The rooms were perfect-clean and spacious for a European hotel. The receptionist were extremely accomodating-we arrived early at about 8.30 am and as there was a room availible they were gracious to allow us to check in early so that we could...

Feels like you have an awesome little apartment in the city with the comfiest bed in the heart of town - just cross the street. I had a dripping shower in the room but the staff was quick to fix it. Toiletries are great, love the towel warmer and heated floors. Absolutely would stay here again.
