Average hotel with basic amenities. Nice and clean. Rooms could have a little more space for walking around; once you put your bags down there was hardly any. Mixed experience in terms of the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff: the one guy (Bjorn?) was very very helpful, the girl was alright, but then the other guy seemed like going...

Clean, comfortable, reliable hotel. Good breakfast. Location is pretty good - 10 minute walk to main part of town. Easy to find parking nearby if you're renting a car. I'd stay here again and recommend it! Great value and service for the price!

We arrived at the hotel at about 5pm and asked where to park as there was no obvious car park, the girl on reception just shrugged her shoulders and said the car park " was being renovated so park anywhere in the road". Everywhere near the hotel had images of tow away zones on the parking spaces so we ended...

Well maintained , clean, light and airy rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good location for city centre, just far enough out to be in a quite area but close enough to walk into the hustle ans bustle.

Good location. can walk to main street with stores and restaurants. Only had comforter on bed so were eithert too hot or cold since couldn't seem to regulate heat well.

This hotel felt like it could be great, but there were just a lot of things that were missed so everything was just OK. On arrival we checked in quickly and found our room, the room had t been cleaned between us and the previous guests (bed slept in, towels used, rubbish left). The hotel were really apologetic and moved...

Hotel Klettur is ideally located to explore Reykjavik on foot. It is a nice walk to the Old Harbor, Old Reykjavik or the downtown for sightseeing, eating and shopping. Breakfast includes a wide variety of cold foods: fruits, meats, cheese, fish, Skyr, and pastry as well as toast and porridge. Rooms are clean, well-insulated from hallway and outside noise and...

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a package with Icelandair, which is good in itself as the hotel is well-known for all the return drop off from trips and excursions. The hotel was in a good location, 15-20 minute walk from the main street of Reykjavik and 5 minutes from the waterfront. The rooms were smart, clean...
