This is the 3rd time in a row I have gone to Iceland and have stayed ,while in the city, every time at the Fosshotel Lind. I wanted to show their new lobby as the rest of the hotel is like my other visits, excellent!! Service is great, I had a slight problem with my room and they were quick...

We stayed here for 3 nights before going to another local hotel as I had made a mistake with our travel dates. The other hotel, on paper should have been better but I have to say the Fosshotel Lind was better in lots of ways. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was bathroom were both small...

Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Foss Hotel Lind.. the staff were incredibly friendly and were happy to help whenever needed. The rooms were modern and VERY clean and maintained each day. The shower room was small however this was stated before I booked up so I expected, but we never found this a problem. Usual things included...

Fosshotel Lind was very comfortable. Easy walking distance to most all the other points of interest as well as many excellent restaurants in Reykjavik. Our room was small but absolutely clean and very well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and most helpful to get directions. Thanks to Jon Arnar for helping us with bus booking. With help from Sylwia we...

If I was paying 2.5 - 3 star hotel prices I wouldn't complain, but when you're paying 4 star hotel prices and getting this it feels like a slap in the face or a rip off. The rooms are small with nowhere to put luggage or even weekend bags without having to step over them and the decor reminds me...

Clean, Big Breakfast included. Shower was amazingly powerful and HOT! Conveniently located near all shopping and restaurants. All tours picked up right out front. Courteous staff. Small room, two beds pushed together, a bit on the hard side but no complaints.

We spent 3 nights here and had a wonderful time. The staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful. They made many phone-calls onour friend's behalf to help him track down a lost wallet (left on plane) - which was then hand delivered to the hotel despite the heavy snow storm by a local police woman. Rooms are roomy and comfortable...

A nice, very clean European-style hotel. Simple, not luxurious, but perfectly serviceable. It has an all-in-one style shower/bathroom setup, a desk, a bed, a wardrobe, and a couple of chairs. My room was brightly lit, which was nice for working. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast had surprisingly varied options, like baked beans and sausages, to...

Stayed three nights on a tour. Clean but spartan. The shower is of poor design as the water pours out onto the floor making a dangerous slippery situation. The drain is inadequate. Skip breakfast as it is nothing to write home about. Six channels on TV with three in English. There are betters choices of hotels.
