Very clean and nice hotel. The rooms are clean but slightly out dated. Hotel offers breakfast included along with free WiFi. Also they offer free card to ride bus. Hotel is very close to bus stop and about 7-10min bus ride to the center of town. Spent day in the spa. Great massage. Would definately stay there again

Arriving at midnight after a 48 hr flight, anything looks good. Seriously, this was a clean and very pleasant hotel, however it's too far out of the city. The room was wonderful, yet hot and no instructions on how to adjust. Even with a free bus pass to use I was surprised at how far and on one occasion I...

This is a bright, modern hotel that I can thoroughly recommend. - friendly staff - clean, spacious rooms - comfortable beds and pillows - l'occitane shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided (large bottles, not complimentary sizes) - all tours collected from and dropped off at hotel - free bus pass into Downtown Reykjavik (every 15 minutes from just across the...

Everything was great. The staff helped out very quick when we had a problem with our room, they moved us to a bigger one and added and extra bed. The food was excellent and you had the use of free bus passes for the entire stay.

Walking into the lobby we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and welcoming decor. However, we were a little disappointed with our rooms. We were aware that not all rooms were newly renovated, but did not expect our basic rooms to look so run down. There were several suspect stains on the carpet in one of the rooms and no...

Only been at this hotel for one day so far but have been really impressed. The staff are very helpful and will help out with any query you may have. They have a lot of good information about where to visit in Reykjavik. Rooms and food are excellent and very modern. All in all very very good.

Stayed in a fantastic family room- Large double bed, two good sized singles, large desk plus seating area, separate space for suitcases, wardrobe, large bathroom with shower and bath. Extremely comfy bed! Lovely shampoo and conditioner!! All tours collected and dropped off at the hotel - no issues. Used the pool at a cost (3000 ISK) - children were free...

This hotel needs an update. The restaurant and staff are all very good. The rooms need a refresh and are very small. Check in service could use some management help. I would not stay here again. The location is outside of town. They do provide bus tickets into town.

Staff friendly and helpful. hotel is comfortable and bright. Handy for the Perlan. We saw the Northern Lights from outside the hotel foyer. 20 minutes into the centre of town walking. Would go back to the hotel without hesitation. You can get a bus pass to catch the bus in and out of Reykjavik (you have to leave a deposit...

The exterior of the hotel screams 1970s industrial design, but inside, it's updated and modern. Staff is friendly and quick. The rooms were a bit small - but pretty normal sized for European standard. One of ours had no spare power outlets while the other had two on the desk (perfect for laptop and USB charger). Half the rooms overlook...

“Room 446 was on the top near the elevator and overlooking the airport, however it was still very quiet and comfortable.”
  • View of mountains in the background. Looking out towards the right the ocean is visible.
  • Double bed with beautiful wood floors and comfortable chair.
