Very nice room with view of a small airport (which is very close by) clean but very small bathroom lovely meal in the restaurant But... if you book this hotel to include the Northern Lights tour and the tour gets cancelled it's left to you to re-book places the next day something we were never aware of so we missed...

Hotel was nice enough, enjoyed the extra long happy hour on Friday! Front desk staff was not extremely helpful when we asked questions and the restaurant only served a $30 breakfast buffet in the morning. We're more coffee and small breakfast people so we had to ride the bus into town for all of our meals and sightseeing. The hotel...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a short Icelander package and were not disappointed! Each of the three of us got a small, clean room which was a perfect home base for our Reykjavik travels. Our package also included breakfasts at Satt so we had no worries with the high prices there: they're actually quite typical for the...

Had a lovely room here. The service was great. They dealt with numerous issues with guests quickly and in good favor. We chose this hotel realising it was a little out of town not truly realizing exactly how far! Though they did provide us with daily bus passes. Thank you for that as things were not really within walking distance...

The location is not too bad you can walk into town in ten minutes but the runways are a tad noisy even with turbo prop planes. The staff are helpful and friendly but the rooms are tiny and grey. The breakfasts were OK though it seems a bit tight to charge for a cappuccino or latte. Still no hotel can...

Very modern hotel. Staff were excellent and friendly, always wanting to assist. There was a misunderstand upon our arrival. I thought our rooms included breakfast each morning, however they didn't. As our room was extremely untidy when we arrived the Manager Nike, immediately sent us to the dinning room for a complementary meal and gave us complementary breakfast for the...

Spacious rooms and excellent buffet breakfast. Early check in because the room was ready was nice. Very friendly front desk staff who were happy and able to help with almost everything. A little far from the city centre but a free bus pass is available. Difficult to walk if icy/snowing. Cab is around 15,000 ISK into the city. Cab to...

We stayed in this hotel as part of a package through Iceland Air and the deal was phenomenal! From the outside the hotel looks like a business center, but on the inside is a typical sleek Icelandic layout. The lobby has a restaurant which always had a crowd and delicious smell, though we did not eat there. Walking to town...

This hotel is situated next to the domestic airport approx 15 minute walk from the town centre but with a bus stop right outside. The hotel will lend you with a free bus pass which covers all the Reykjavik public buses. It's a great location especially if you're interested in planes but it might be a bit noisy in the...
