Can't say enough about the staff for helping me with my lost wallet. The hotel is perfect if you have a car parking is free. The food in the restaurant is good as well as the breakfast the room met all of my needs clean. This is my second time staying at this hotel will be back again.

We booked an air/hotel combination package through Icelandair, with two nights in Reykjavik, two nights in Akureyri, followed by four nights back in Reykjavik. We weren't surprised to be booked at both ends of our trip at Hotel Natura. We didn't expect a dump or a luxury property, and we were correct. We're right now in the second part of...

Dear traveler, Thank you for taking the time to describe your different experiences our hotel. As you point out, our larger rooms do offer a more luxurious experience, even though the standard rooms are nice too. We also appreciate you pointing out the convenience of the complimentary bus pass, this can certainly come in handy, and is very popular with...

I stayed there for a short tour and was very pleased with the hotel. Yes it is not in town but it isn't far either, a 15 minute walk to the main street or a quick bus ride into town. By the way they supply a free bus pass while you are a guest. The restaurant was fine, I found...

My girlfriend and I spent a couple of nights here before and after an Iceland tour The hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms are a decent size, clean and have a very comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs serves a great meal and is a nice spot to kick back with a beer after a long day The hotel is...

I bought my husband a family trip to Iceland for his 40th birthday and Hotel Natura was the only family hotel we could use through Icelandair. The hotel was lovely, it had everything we needed, it was clean, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I put a "but" because tonight in the Satt restaurant has just totally...

We thought the hotel was clean and very friendly. We had a spacious room (deluxe family suite). Only a few complaints. It is right next to a small airport and was noisy starting at 7am. We booked this hotel because it had a pool but the kids were only allowed to use it between 10am and noon. Next time we...

First things first: the hotel is a bit far from the city centre (and we calculated,it took us a half hour to walk) which means your food options for cheap food aren't really walking distance-like. Fortunately, the hotel provides a bus pass, which is easily the best value added we got in this hotel. The number 5 bus takes you...

The Hotel is a bit outside of Reykjavik centre, however if you have a car or friends picking you up, this is not a Problem. It is Close to the small Airport in the centre of Reykjavik, where some noice could disturb you if you have a room towards the Airport (which I had). I had a Standard room, which...

Very comfortable hotel, ideally located for the city centre. Reasonable value. Cheaper smaller rooms overlook domestic airport but only as there are only a few flights between around 7.30 and 8.30 it's not particularly disruptive. Hotel restaurant does decent pizzas. Great spa with excellent facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage.

Comfy hotel, friendly staff and excellent breakfasts, but hotel guests have to pay extra (ISK3000/£15/$24) per person each time they want basic use of the swimming pool and sauna. Location is not great out by the domestic airport, but they did provide a free bus pass to get into town. The location also means that you are last to be...

Dear guest, We are glad to see that you experienced our hotel in such a positive way and that you found our hotel to have friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet.
