This hotel is really more like a hostel to be honest, poor quality single bed with 2 inch thick matress & the worlds thinest pillows, struggled to sleep. TV had one channel, whilst I only turned it on for a bit of background a few choices would have been nice. The Owner is rather strict & unapproachable felt like we...

Great location. To be honest the guy is a ticking bomb. He was great when we arrived, let us have our room early etc but...... Don't turn up for breakfast 1min early or you will be served as breakfast. All in all its expensive, but Reykjavik isn't cheap. Location was great, breakfast was enough and room was clean.

The location is just perfect, next to bus station and very close to the church. (Well, really close to everywhere, Reykjavic is not that big). Breakfast was so-so, but the room was cozy and the property is in a quiet location. Better call the owner in advance, since you might be stuck if you don't have a working local number....

This Guest House is almost directly across the road from the bus station - so ideal for the airport. It is also just down the hill from the Hallgrímskirkja, so strategic for the town, too. Don't, however, expect it to be luxury. It seemed pretty basic when we arrived, with a not particularly good breakfast by Scandinavian standards (I know,...

I chose this guesthouse for two main reasons: because it was not too far from the University of Reykjavik - where i was going for a staff training - and because it offered me the chance to have private facilities - the only thing i am really fussy about. It came out to be the best choice for everything: it...

After umming and ahhing about going for a more expensive hotel, my other half and I decided to cut our losses and stay here instead to save money for trips - and I'm glad we did! The hotel was warm, clean and friendly, the breakfasts were perfectly satisfactory and very filling and they do a great coffee on a morning....

I just returned home after a six-night stay at Travel Inn Guesthouse, and I loved it there. It falls into a nice grey area between a hotel and a hostel. If you're a particularly fussy traveler, it may not be for you, but if you want a quiet, comfortable space to relax and sleep after a day of exploration, it's...

Well, you get what you have paid for. It is very basic, not very clean and small. Also a very basic breakfast. But it is located not far from the city center, you can easily walk into the heart of reykjavik

This is the worse hotel i have ever slept . It was not cheap (more than 100 EUR) and very disgusting . The owner gave us a room in a cellar which was stinking very awful ... The washing water in the bathroom was also stinking . Unbelievable , that the owner do not shames himself for renting that kind...

The location is execellent with 10 mins walk to BSI terminal. Fly bus is inside BSI which provides 24 hrs extensive services incl. Local tour, luggage storage & bus route to various sightseeings in Iceland. Bedroom is clean and tidy. Private Washroom is with comfortable size & clean & tidy. Breakfast is acceptable.
