The hotel (actually two separate buildings -- we were in the annex) is just off one of the main commercial streets, and the staff (both front desk and restaurant) are very helpful and professional. Rooms (1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette) were modern and clean. Important NOTE: the street address listed on some of the third-party sites (including booking.com) is faulty...

We were recently there for two night and had a wonderful time. Our flight over got cancelled and the hotel was seamless and friendly in rearranging our stay at no cost or hassle. We had really no plan and the women at the front desk (hi Rose!) were amazing! Without them, I don't think our stay would have been nearly...

I recently stayed here for a few days. Due to severe weather in Oslo, I arrived a day later. I had excellent service from especially Sigurlaug, the reception manager. She was very helpful, responsive to emails, and also negotiated with a tour operator ( I missed a tour due to the delay), to move a tour to a later date....

Recently stayed in Iceland for a few days on an Iceland air layover and this place was a gem. Small rooms but ours was very clean and it was in a great location to see the church and all the other sites.

We stayed here in April 2017 - 2 adults, 2 young children. The hotel was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and there was a parking lot across the street where we were able to park our rental car most nights. The junior suite was spacious, clean and modern and fit our needs well. The room had a...

The breakfast available in the attached restaurant was very good. Location was also very good...just off the main drag but close to restaurants and shops etc. Parking was easy for the...

We had a 2 bedroom apartment just across the road from the hotel. It was much bigger than we had expected and was a great space to come back and relax in. Beds were really comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Location is far enough away from downtown to be quiet but close enough to pop in for dinner after...

Very clean and beds were very comfortable.I can't say enough good things about the staff and manager. Everyone was patient and more than helpful. I would recommend this as the perfect place to stay during a visit to Iceland. We were able to store our luggage until our room became available. Downtown is close enough to walk to and their...

We stayed here for 4 nights in December. Location was excellent, just off the main shopping street with great views across the town. Close to everything but still peaceful. Desk staff were really welcoming and friendly. Rooms are small but efficient and ours was spotless and cleaned well everyday. The balcony really added to the room as we had a...
