Like other reviewers my original hotel had been overbooked and I was informed the day before travelling that I would be staying here for three nights. Same room (deluxe double) breakfast not included (this seems to be the case with a lot of the other hotels). My initial frustrations were however quickly forgotten. Decent sized room with modern furnishings, crisp...

Ended up staying here for two nights due to overbooking at our original hotel. The room was lovely and spacious with a king bed, separate shower and roll top bath. The room was extremely clean. Breakfast in the restaurant is good, and there is a wide choice of options...you can even make your own waffles! All the staff are very...

Stayed here for one night after returning to Reykjavik from Keflavik due to a cancelled flight. We wanted to try a different hotel than the ones we had already stayed. Location is very central. Welcoming staff and a nice ambience in public areas. Being an interior designer I could not help but notice that despite the chic design execution was...

Previously visited when driving car prototypes in Iceland, and found the place the same as I left it. Unique, well organised and well equipped rooms with excellent WiFi and business facilities, some of the best beds in the business and top-notch house and restaurant staff. That the hotel hasn't changed over the years shows how far ahead of the game...

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Great location, lovely room, once you got used to have a sink in the bedroom, friendly staff and yummie breakfast. Service was super friendly and the room spotless. A bit pricey, as expected in Ice.and, but worth it.

Price too high vs. quality. Heavy night street noise (traffic, people). Bad ventilation, a smell of moisture/rot in the room. Stereo for phone 4, only. A small TV set, bad sound. Too dark corridors, useless key system

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect to access all of the city centre's amenities, yet once you step inside the hotel, the hustle and bustle is left behind. The decor is understated, stylish and contemporary. The lounge is a great place to relax with a drink at the end of a day's sightseeing and...

First, the location of this stylish hotel is perfect, and the staff could not be more helpful. The restaurant is good, and you can sit by the fire in the lounge and enjoy a cup of something warm, or a drink.
