The hotel was nice but room I stayed in very small. Most of the front desk staff was pleasant. One girl was not as friendly but helpful. The hotel is convenient to a lot of places to see as well as restaurants .
Great location In the City Center for walking to the shops, restaurants and bars and also Harbor Area. Staff was excellent.. Clean and comfortable room. Just be prepared for a LOT of noise from the Irish bar across the street

Check in was done quickly, staff are friendly and will always help you if you require it.
The bedroom was small and the shower area was very small, however it was clean.
You have a kettle in the room for making hot drinks.
