Reykjavik Lights by Keahotels is often commended for its exceptional cleanliness and the helpfulness of its staff, who are noted for their efficient service and assistance with tours. Guests enjoy the comfortable, albeit small, rooms that boast modern amenities and beautiful views. The hotel's atmosphere is praised for its modernity and comfort, with special mentions of the fresh and varied breakfast offerings. We had a wonderful stay here. The bed was comfortable and we slept great every night. We had a view of the mountains and was able to open a small window if needed for comfort. The radiator has a dial to set to your comfort level. The night lamps have a charger you put your phone on and it charges without a cord. The shower was wonderful with a soap/shampoo dispenser and towel heater. There’s a hair dryer in the closet to use. Bring a plug in device to convert the euro plug to what we use in the US if you want to use the outlets. Breakfast was ample and well stocked from 7-10. The entire staff, including housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. We booked the night before we arrived so when we flew in and landed in the morning we could go straight to our room and take a short nap. Highly recommend this. The walk into downtown was only about 25 minutes and pleasant. Loved walking toward the sea near the hotel as well. Saw a gym and swim place for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment even in the winter. Could have paid for a day pass but didn’t have time. There’s a movie theater nearby with movies in English and Icelandic. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean hotel for travelers. We felt safe and the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. It’s a little far to walk to many tourist spots but grab a couple of e-scooters and the location is completely manageable. A bonus is that it’s not near any bars or clubs so it’s quite at night.

We were very impressed with the hotel overall. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, staff, breakfast, rooms. The staff were so helpful. Very quick bus journey into the centre. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Restaurants next to the hotel with a good selection & vegan options.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. What can I say it was amazing start to finish. Staff were so helpful and welcoming, rooms were comfortable and cleans daily. Breakfast was great and lots to choose from. We also hired a car and ample car parking spaces. We also used to bus into the centre which was also very easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A hotel worth recommending in a good location. The lobby staff was very helpful, especially Marta (very nice, helpful and tolerant) and Dominika and Rakel, very nice people. Breakfast was tasty, but more hot food would be useful. We recommend it 100%. Clean rooms. Coffee and tea available in the rooms. :)

We stayed here for 7 nights and were so impressed with the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. Everyone went the extra mile for us and made us feel welcomed to such an amazing country! We had the Mountain View room and the view was something else :) Little bit of a walk to the capital but there’s a bus stop right outside. We often got a taxi too.

Staff were very helpful and found my wallet when I had lost it. Useful to have pizza restaurant next door. Breakfast (continental) was good. Room with our 10 year old grand-daughter on couch bed (which was fine for her) was a bit crowded.
