We stayed for 6 Nights at this hotel and arrived on the night of the storm, where all our tours got cancelled, even the next day. All thanks to the hotel staff, who helped us check and rescheduled the tours. I know - it appears to be very normal for them, but to us, they had to be the busiest...

I was very impressed with this hotel, I’ll stay here again if I get the chance to visit Reykjavik again. We stayed in March and the rooms were lovely and toasty. The beds were big and firm and the en suite was spotless. There’s a lovely bar, with couches and a fire as well as tables and they do cocktails....

Very Central as in the name. surrounded in shops and restaurants. Lovely reception lovely very friendly staff excellent buffy breakfast nice bar area. Think we were in a older part of the Hotel,om and bathroom a bit tired. room very quiet for a center location which we had requested when we booked. Would defiantly stay here again.

We booked through secret escapes, a northern lights Christmas trip. The room - as part of the package was a superior room. Something I had overlooked in the details. When we arrived I thoughqt it would be along the class of a travel lodge. To be fair it tries - in the public rooms at least to be a little...

What a fantastic Hotel. Impressed by the staff members. Everyone was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, patient, knowledgable, and professional. At such a busy time of year they took the time to attend to everyone's needs. Anything you wanted or needed they would provide with a smile. I would highly recommend staying here, great central location and...

This hotel was perfect for us! The bedroom was lovely and big with a amazing view. Good breakfast buffet with delicious homemade oatmeal bars. We stayed over Christmas and had little gifts on our door each morning which was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they had great knowledge of the area and helped us with...

A travel company booked us at this hotel and it was the right place to be. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a hot, complimentary breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for walking to everything in spite of snowy weather. It's in the heart of the historic district with the original settlement of Reykjavik just up the street.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. There are tons of restaurants and shops really close by in walking distance, which is great for exploring. Also, almost all excursions will pick you up from this location, which works out great. The rooms and overall state of the hotel isn't great though, and the lobby is very small and almost always...

The CenterHotel Plaza is in a FABULOUS location. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean, but a bit dated. The carpet in the halls is a bit worn and need of repair. Overall a very nice hotel though for the money and location.

I stayed here for four nights in December. Check in was straightforward and my room was very clean and comfortable, overlooking a small town square. The bed was comfortable and there was free wifi and English channels on the TV. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and all you could eat, the oat flapjack was great to take away...
