Fantastic place to stay staff could not be more helpful the room was clean and comfortable we had the top floor front room which looked right into the centre of town yes it was a bit noisy but this is what you expect it is a vibrant place and people were out enjoying themselves it is expensive but that's life...

I just returned from Reykjavik on March 7th and enjoyed staying at CenterHotel Thingholt due to the location of the city for walking around. We rented a car touring the country and did not really have a problem with parking on the street close to the hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very friendly as everyone...

Superb central boutique hotel, lovely rooms, staff. Located just off the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Hotel staff also help with Northern lights information as can be cancelled mid afternoon if there's no chance of seeing them. To be honest I can't fault this hotel at all !!!

We stayed 2 nights (Fri & Sat nights) at the beginning of March. Hotel is located in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Nice décor and the staff are very friendly. Our only criticism is around the noise from the club at the end of the street. Our first night we couldn't get to sleep until the early...

From the outside just looks like concrete blocks, once you go inside there's a lovely modern reception. We were greeted with a lovely hot chocolate and staff were great and check in fast and simple. Our room was a loft room which had a sofa area separate from bedroom. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Very comfy bed....

We were transfered here from the Plaza aa they had overlooked. Lovely boutique.Very dark decor that can be a little offputting when you are trying to wake yourself up from all rushing that you are doing to meet buses for excursions. Staff are very helpful in all departments. Buffet breakfast is very pleasant. Would highly recommend .

This is a great hotel, centrally located off Laugavegur, the Main Street in Reykjavik. The staff is very friendly and very helpful in booking tours. The breakfast buffet is very good. I have been to Reykjavik a couple of times and this is definitely my favorite hotel.

First of all don't expect lavish exteriors for hotels in Reykjavik, from what I've seen they're nearly all just concrete blocks and unassuming. Once you step inside this hotel though it's beautifully designed with lots of detail and even water trickling down the face masks on wall as you enter reception. The rooms are not huge but very comfortable with...
