Stayed here on our trip in February 2016. Hotel is in a great location, and if you get a room overlooking the harbour it's wonderful. Only a very short walk from the hotel to the main street with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Hotel was spotlessly clean, room modern and with enough room for two of us and bags....

My husband and I went to Reykjavik and stayed at this hotel from Feb 6 - 9, 2016. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city. The room is perfect for singles or couples, beds are comfortable and the water temperature was superb. Stayed here in February 2016. Very happy with room- beneath the sky bar overlooking the ocean and the old harbour. Breakfast was a feast! Location is perfect, everything within easy walking and all tours collect from hotel. Have to mention the reception team- Angel, Maggie and Elliot. Friendly and professional and nothing was too much bother. A real credit to...

We arrived in Iceland after an overnight flight from Canada. I was sick and hoping to pay to check in early so that I could sleep. They were full, and I literally broke down crying in front of Louis. My husband gave him my number and asked that he call us as soon as a room was ready. In one...

Stayed for 4 nights. 5th floor room facing car park, would be noisy if on lower floors. Room OK, good shower, not enough tea/coffee. Good location for restaurants/shops. Breakfast was average, very crowded. Scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon not worth eating. Helpful staff.

My wife and I have just returned from a 3 night trip to Reykjavik. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room (710) was clean and comfortable. If you plan for a longer stay you may find the storage limited. In which case upgrade to a superior room. Included in the price was...

This is the perfect location, especially if you hire a car as parking is free between 1800-0900 and you are out the rest of the time. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean warm rooms and good selection at breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and found it to be a great base for exploring the fantastic city of Reykjavik as it’s literally a five walk into the centre. The rooms are basic, but for the reasonable price we paid, we weren’t expecting luxury. The only gripe I had was that we were allocated room 109, which...

Well positioned hotel for visiting Reykjavik. Comfortable room with all you need for a short stay, with spa facilities. The sky restaurant offers very good food and panoramic views over the sea and mountains beyond. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming without being overbearing. All in all a great relaxing place to stay.
