Very nice and friendly owners, very good price included great breakfest. Location not far from city center (about 15 minutes walking distance to BSI bus station, 30 minutes walking to Harpa). Perfect place for economy stay in Reykjavik.

My wife and I stayed here late October/early November. Good night's sleep and the proprietor is quite helpful and is available. Great location with a nice night view of the Perlan and the Hallgrímskirkja tower is across the way.

At first when I arrived I thought ow dear. The landlady wasn't the most warm person on arrival and we were told to take our shoes of at the door. There was a lot of drinking inside and I thought can this get any worse. We where given the key to our room which was reasonably clean with a single...

This guesthouse is clean and the owner is really nice. Breakfast was ok and there is parking in front of the door. Location is not too far from the centre. A bit pricy for what you get but then again it is Reykjavik. I would come back here!

Conveniently located close to downtown Reykjavik. Quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance to all the best tourist attractions in Reykjavik . Great breakfast buffet. Feels like home away from home.

We visited for a family reunion of 12. Our room was small, clean and comfortable. I slept very well. Apparently some rooms, esp. at the lower level, were not as nice according to other family members. We counted 3 showers for the guest house. It's not a lot esp. when at least one was also a toilet facility. We didn't...

We stated here 7-11 Aug 2016. We were greeted and shown to our downstairs room. It was basic, but comfortable. It had a sink for washing. Everything was clean. We had to share a bathroom, but it was not an issue. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. Our host was most pleasant. Please take the time to talk...

I booked this guesthouse on very short notice, so got a good deal. My son and I stayed in a twin room with a sink. The room was spotless, as were the shared shower and toilet in the hallway. The place is quiet and has good dark curtains for summer sleeping. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh baked bread and...

Friends and I hiked the Laugevegur trail in Iceland and toured other parts as well. Reviews for this guesthouse were favorable and it looked walking distance to the hub of Reykjavik so I booked the days before and after our backpacking trek. Though this place isn't in city center it was certainly close enough to everything to easily get around....

The owner needs to smile - even a little. He is not welcoming at all while checking in. For the rate you pay you are short changed. The rooms are small with a tiny sink. The shared Bathroom needed a good clean (dust in the corners). The breakfast room is too small and you have to wait for your turn...
