Great location to the main street. Deluxe studio was stylish with an amazing bed. Only need a couple of days to see the main attractions. The blue lagoon is a must and easily spend 3 hours there relaxing. People are friendly and everyone speaks english. Good choice of eateries and somewhat pricier but great food and drink.

We stayed for 3 nights in April. The location was great with easy access to the Main street. I also liked all furniture. The only 2 negative points are 1) the bathroom door is glass and people can see you using the toilet from outside 2) I think the shower room duct is connected to the next room and you...

FANTASTIC central location, good prices, and an extremely comfortable apartment with (for us, but not every apartment) views over Reykjavik. I would definitely stay here again. Worth noting... from reading other reviews of this place, people get quite a varied experience and after our first impression I might have given this a much worse review: after arriving we were shown...

Reception was hard to find as only indicated by a small plaque outside the building. Had to buzz then wait a while before being let in (not ideal in the snow!). Walked to our 'deluxe' apartment which was anything but. Sofa was ripped, paint peeling, bedding ripped and stained - very different to the images shown. As we arrived late...

Great location for walking around the town, very central for all the bars and restaurants. Apartment exactly what we were expecting, functional with all the necessary items hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher. Shower room bit like being in flintstones house as all pebbles on wall. Always hot water, and heating. Cleaning lady lovely, though only came to room to collect rubbish...

Only thing that let this place down for me was reception, as there isn't really one. We arrived off our flight and buzzed until someone let us in. We then stood there for about 15 minutes, I even went upstairs and down to try and find someone only to find it was just all guest rooms. We hadn't arrived especially...

Probably like many people before me, I selected this apartment based on the pictures provided to Expedia, Booking.com etc. When we arrived at the apartment however, I was given a studio apartment despite having paid extra for a 'Superior Apartment' - if this studio was a superior a dread to think how small a standard apartment is. I queried this...

- lovely clean apartment. - kitchen was well equipped. - nice and warm. - great location right on the Main Street. My only issue was the GLASS bathroom door. So if you are ok with pooing in plan view of your room mate, then this place is for you. It's very awkward. I'm not sure why it was designed like...

San Francisco, California

Good morning!

we have been trying to get a hold of staff for a couple weeks now without response so hoping this will be answered and help clear up our questions.

we are arriving at 4am at the airport on 3/26/17 staying through 4/1. can we please check in early please? I'm traveling with my 10 year so will be very exhausted.

Also, I'd like to add my friend's name onto the room as Expedia didn't but we paid for a deluxe studio so my son and I could sleep together and Brian can sleep on the fold out sofa.

the other question is I've been online at other sites and the cost of the deluxe studio and deluxe 1 bedroom apartment with fold out sofa are about the same, could we upgrade for more privacy If there's more room since it's my friend not husband? if not, no problem just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask :)

Thank you so much, we are so very excited about our trip, I've never done anything like this before! Our Flubus will be taking us straight there so would be really amazing if we could check in early.

thank you so much fit your time and in advance for your response!. FYI, everytime I've called I just get a recording and don't know how much is going to be charged to me coming from San Francisco, California...oh well.

your apartments look beautiful on line so we are hoping to have the full experience as I've been very sick for several years and this is a bit of a celebration of finally feeling better and bonding with my son.

if you cannot upgrade but could check us in at any time earlier could you hold our luggage while we go eat then hopefully check us in?

Thank you again and we do look forward to meeting you all!
