The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, amongst the best I've come across. They even give all family members unlimited travel bus passes for travel within the city for the duration of stay. They seem knowledgeable and are able to advise how to move about the city. The concierge service helps make travel plans easier and able to make bookings...

My husband and I stayed here for our 3rd wedding anniversary in September 2014 and even before our arrival, we were helped to plan our trip. Once I had booked this hotel, I e-mailled asking for things to do, places to eat etc. My mail was picked up by Sigrun who helped me with allot of things before we even...

This hotel is perfectly clean and nice but is definitely quiet. There is a small convenient like store in the lobby if you need anything and also a restaurant in the lobby. The hotel staff helped us book excursions and was quite accommodating. I would stay here if I come back to Iceland. The one downside is that it is...

The Hilton Nordica is a reasonable hotel a little way out of town. The bed and room were fine, good quality toiletries were provided. Sadly the hotel did not supply china mugs and so our tea was drunk out of plastic cups. The hotel is about 5 minutes out of town on the bus (the hotel provide bus passes), we...

The staff were very friendly and helped me to plan a trip to see the northern lights where I proposed to my now fiancée. When we returned to the hotel the barman served us...

Due to late arrival of our Iceland Air flight, we had to stay for a night in Reykjavik. Iceland Air booked us into the Hilton Nordica. Staff was very competent and very friendly. The rooms are nice and quiet (including the dark curtains for a good night sleep), both meals were excellent. It is only a short walk to town...

Room was comfortable and quiet, and we were even able to get in the morning of our arrival as it was ready early (lucky us!). Bathroom is spacious as is bathtub shower - especially by European standards. Staff was helpful and friendly. Had the breakfast buffet before...

The hotel is a good choice as we were a big group and most hotels there are medium to small sized ones. However, there is nothing next to the hotel and had we didn't have the shuttle bus option, you are stranded on a highway. Aside from this, the gym, spa, executive lounge, breakfast and service are all above the...
