I have just returned from my second visit to Iceland and my second stay at Snorri's Guesthouse. Not much has changed in 5 years, the place was just as I had remembered it, comfortable, charming and best of all, extremely affordable. Magnus is a great host, always willing to assist you in planning any excursions and offer his best advice....

I took a short trip to Reykjavik back in April. I opted for Snorri's Guesthouse based on the reviews I had read on Tripadvisor; I was not disappointed for one second. As I travelled solo, I booked a single room without private bathroom; due to the special offer during the winter season, the third nght was free. The room wasn`t...

This was my second trip to Reykjavik. My first trip, I stayed at the Foss - Baron hotel; it was clean, good location, standard breakfast but extremely impersonal service. You were treated like a customer not a guest. We were four photographers waiting in the lobby for a room but no one was allowed to check in until 2:00pm; I...

Snorri's was just what my friend and I needed on our recent stay in Reykjavik. It is located close to the city center, within easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the water. We were there for two nights and had very different rooms. The first was up on the top of the building with a shared bath, cute...

Surprisingly quiet for being on a major street. Very clean. Close enough to walk to the center of town. I was only there one night and caught an early flight out, so i do not have much to say. No complaints.

Curtains in the room did not cover the entire window so it was still bright. Bathroom was cleans and shower was semi clean. Staff were friendly...

Snorri guest house was a great place to stay, close enough to walk to town, far enough away to be away from the noise. Magnus, was great at making sure we were comfortable and assisting with making dinner reservations to booking the Flybus for us

Best bed and breakfast I think I've ever stayed in a loooooong time. Breakfast was clean and nice, the bedrooms were wonderful, bright cheery, clean. We took the room with the private toilet as we were a family of three. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is virtually sound proof-we never heard anyone and a lot of people...

I was booked in here as part of a tour and it was very cute and comfortable and clean with a shared bath. It had a great buffet breakfast. I was able to use the kitchen to prepare some of my own meals. Lovely garden. The staff is very nice and helpful. (It is a bit of a walk to...
