Great location for a stay before starting the Snaefellsnes Peninsula drive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It seems to be attached to a hospital and was maybe once part of the hospital. Breakfast was the same as we got throughout our ring road trip.

We were in room 212. We had a partial view of the ocean. Last night we saw about 12 seals swimming outside by the bay. The room was small but nice. The service was excellent and it is a short walk to everything in town. The breakfast was good. We will be back next time we are in iceland

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Best part was the staff they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Only bad thing was breakfast, not a lot to choose from but otherwise really nice. Would recommend it.

Stayed there for one night with my wife and some friends and i must say we were very satisfied. Beautiful rooms, good simple service and good breakfast. The bar in itselve isn´t much but you only have to walk small distances to reach bars or retsaurants.

This religious hotel advertised mass at the front reception/doorway. As non-believers it was not quite our thing. However, the room was comfortable and the bathroom serviceable. There was a lovely view from the picture window at the end of the hallway. The breakfast was good, and they had a coffee machine, so the coffee was good.
