Possibly the cheapest option in inner western Sydney. Very convenient location near major shopping and public transport hub. Restaurants, cafes etc. within easy walk. Unfortunately the room was dirty and musty, the furniture and fittings were old and dilapedated, one curtain was missing and the bed was lumpy. The staff seem to be overworked, swinging between helpful and surly

I thought staying in a converted grand house might be fun for the kids. Not so much. The room was tiny (4 people) and the bathroom a glorified closet. Better suited for a couple not a family. No lamp or power points adjacent to a bed for that matter. Only 3 towels and 3 pillows given for a family of...

Place was dirty, the bed had been slept in (as in the sheets were crumpled and dirty, as in actual dirt dirty, like someone had been in it with shoes on). 9am checkout and an unattended reception. Rude receptionist. Vending machine takes your money and doesn't dispense the drinks. Laundry has no furniture due to vandalism. Spoke to a few...

This is an ancient rooming house with nothing to recommend it and is the next best thing to sleeping rough in a park, but far more expensive. It is run by an offensive, snotty old woman straight out of Dickens. I had a corner room with a bathgroom. The whole thing could have been 2 adjoining dog kennels for the...

The room smells, the pillow smells, the sheets smell, the blanket smells. What else can I say??? Everything you need to make your holiday miserable. I asked for the sheets to be washed again but the owner wanted another $15. Yes, the room was cheap but it needs to have a certain standard at least!

We booked this as an over nighter while driving from QLD to VIC. Upon walking in it was evident how dilapidated this "bed & breakfast" is. We got to our room, where there were 5 bunk beds and a double bed ($230 per night) the blinds were broken, the room smelt and there was a draft so strong it would...

Just read the previous reviews which tell the story but what do you expect for $100 in Sydney? The room was tiny, the bed and bunk were not too comfortable and made a noise every time you moved. The toilet facilities were none too clean and the light in the shower didn't work. Not recommended for families or people looking...

A fair bit over priced but not as bad as other reviews say. Cleaning needs some attention but not major. Large room with very comfy beds. If your not living in the room but just sleeping then this might be for you
