I recently went for Sunday lunch for a Father's Day gathering. We enjoyed fantastic local produce- simple yet delicious. The five year old to the seventy year old we're all very happy. Room next to the kitchen was perfect for a summer's day meal. The menu was great!

Business in the area which forty years ago was my home territory.Surfed the net and found that the Oakhill had been taken over by the Digneys who run the Prince William and the Garricks Head in Bath.So I gave it a try. Magnificent and caring conversion of what I knew of old was the brewery tap of the Oakhill Brewery...

I was engaged in difficult family business and the pub was just the place to retreat to in the evenings. The food was of the highest quality with added touches that showed real flair. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and the ambience of a country pub was nicely balanced with the high quality food experience. It's off...

Great atmosphere (Friday night), very friendly and accommodating staff, and nice food. Service was slightly hit& miss, but such warm and smiley waiting staff it didn't really matter! The pizzas could be a bit crispier, but overall a very enjoyable evening.

The staff are absolutely lovely, and the girl who served us yesterday was so friendly and...

Been here three times in about three years and every time it was really good. The location is a bit out the way but it is worth making a journey. The menu always has something you can't find in other places in the area. So.... Food. Had a great steak with wild mushrooms which were the highlight. Had the charcuterie...

Stopped in at the Oakhill Inn for an mid-week evening meal, having liked the place after a drink with friends a few weeks before. The menu was quite varied, a lot of pizza's which seemed popular with the kids, and quite a large and varied dinning area. The staff were helpful and our orders came really quickly. The food itself...
