Dear Ms. Townie2017, We would like to thank you for your constructive review. Unfortunately we did come across an overbooking situation with regards to the Family Suite. We do consider room 7412 to be large enough that could have accommodated you comfortably that is the reason why that room was allocated. Our aim is to constantly improve our services and product, and meet our guests expectations. We do look forward to welcoming you in the near future. Many thanks and regards Christabelle Rapinett

It's hard to know. It looked like there were serious structural problems. Best bet is to contact the hotel directly and hope that they give you a straight answer. Good luck with that! We were desperately disappointed that it closed a few weeks prior to our holiday in July.
