I booked one of their 'economy single rooms' & was pleased with what I got. The room was on the small side but it was clean & contained all I needed. The service I received was very good & the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is located in a good position on the busy...

Easy to reach from airport. There is a bus stop just in front of hotel and there are nice places which you can walk from hotel at night. Hotel staff was very helpful. And when you think about the price, hotel is perfect

I stayed here for 2 nights and was not happy with the quality of the room at all.. upon arrival I was given a sea facing room and that was the only saving grace. The lift broke down in the first floor and I never felt comfortable using it again. The bed was hard and towels in the bathroom was...

We were given initially a terrible room which smelled horrible, the bed sheet was torn and dirty, view from the widow were pipes-exactly the picture that was on one of the comments. We asked for the room to be changed, and the receptionist after some arguing-changed it.The window from the new room was looking at walls and a pipe again. Soon...

Very good location, for walking, restaurants, shopping, ferries, excursions and public transport, amazing sea view, overlooking the beautiful promenade. Very good breakfast: hot drinks, fruit juices, yogurt, milk, cereals, butter, eggs, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, butter, honey, jam, cakes, chocolate cream, several types of bread. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning, the linen was changed once...

They said a room with a view over the court yard, nope, a view over the service pipes, running water all night, no day light apart from a 6" strip of light between the 2 buildings. To be fair the guy in reception did offer us another room but we could`nt get out of there quick enough. we stayed one...

To all the people who write negative comments about this hotel.....stop and think why you booked it in the first place! More than likely, like me, you booked it because it was really cheap. You could have paid one thousand euros more and gone to the hotel a few hundred yards down the road where no doubt there would have...

The personnel is cold and unwelcoming. They don't know or won't give you useful information about the city and the transportation. The room we slept in was unbeareably noisy at night (costant flush of draining water above our heads) and disgustingly dirty. The room cleaning service consisted of making up the beds. Just that. No actual cleaning at all. The...
