Sadly found ourselves booked into this hotel by a tour company for 5 memorable.nights. Expect to pay extra for; WiFi, use of your in room safe, weighing your luggage, a small sewing kit, basically anything that is usually available as standard anywhere else in the world. A pushy rep is in the lobby hassling patrons to take boat trips. Room...

Great start to our holiday, didn’t expect our room to be ready but while selecting items from luggage to get on with our day, we were advised our room was ready. Fabulous room. Wrap around balcony with patio doors both sides on 6th floor with spectacular views. Plenty of storage. TV/fridge/safe/tea & coffee/bath with shower, only wished there was a...

Good location close to bars and restaurants and access to the sea! Room was pretty big. Great view over the sea which was beauts but sitting out on the balcony with all the traffic going by wasn't quite relaxing. They had 2 separate beds with their own bedding pushed together so request otherwise on booking. You have to pay for...

We arrived at the hotel early but were allowed to leave our luggage in a secure room and go out for lunch. Our room, huge studio was clean and well equipped with an amazing full front sea view! Wow! The hotel is on the promenade which is constantly busy but it didn't bother me and the people watching was good,...

Room was comfortable but no tea, coffee or fridge facilities but can be hired at extra cost. The food can only be described as utter slop. The shock and horror of being served reconstructed dog food masquerading as beef steak. It did improve slightly (not by much). In all fairness we found the staff charming and friendly. The hotel was...

Arrived at this hotel on 16th May where we had booked and paid for four nights accomodations only to be greeted by the night porter who handed us a letter and said it was important. The content of the letter(from a travel broker) informed us that unfortunately the hotel was overbooked for the last night of our stay and for...

My friends and I arrived in high spirits after spending a pleasant couple of nights in a similarly priced hotel up in the north of Malta. We were 'greeted' by a rather blunt and miserable looking receptionist who looked about as happy to see us as she might be to turn up to her mothers funeral, however we did not...

We really liked the base concept of this hotel. It is very nicely situated, we had a large room with beautiful view and a bathroom with both shower and bath. However, with a little bit more effort this establishment would have been excellent. The free wifi was only in the lobby. Roof top bar was not open and pool was...

Stayed in room 318 on the 3rd floor. Had a nice sea view nice tidy room. But we couldn't sit on the balcony because of the noise from the street so is not worth having a sea view. One of the beds in the room was split on one side and there wasn't a mattress protector on one of the...

Disappointed with the apartments/hotel this time. The bar wasn't open to the public, it was closed off all week for a specific group who were hardly in there all week so there wasnt anywhere to sit and relax apart from your own room or reception, reception was always packed as it was the only place you could get free wifi....
