The hotel is well placed, on a quite street in Valletta. 10 min. Walk from the main bus station in a beautiful traditional building. Unfortunately the poor maintenance and lack of interest in the customer's comfort was well felt: The room structure - the entrance to our room was via the an suit bathroom, a weird feeling. Malta is humid.... More

I do really recommend Palazzo St Ursula - beautiful hotel in the centre of Valetta, in my opinion the best place to spend time in magnificient hood, surrounded by old historical building, great restaurants and close to the bus station which is the best option to travel around the whole island. Hotel is very clean, breakfasts are really good (their... More

The owner of the guesthouse was quite nice. I stayed in the apartment that was away from the main guesthouse. It's not far from the main street. The view there was superb. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished. However, there was problem with bathroom drainage and some utilities probably need to be renewed or washed. E.g. the water kettle was... More

Me and my boyfriend visited Palazzo Sant Ursula in March. Great service and hospitality. Every room is different and that's what makes this place adorable. Tolet is clean and there was always hot water. Breakfast is served in the main room, which is decorated in typical Maltese style. Very important, it was fresh. The lady was very helpful and great... This B&B is in a wonderful location on a quiet street in a palazzo in old Valletta. We stayed here for 4 days and had a large, en-suite double room with a comfortable bed and good WiFi. The charming host was flexible when our plane was delayed and gave us a good breakfast each morning with toast and jam, cakes/biscuits... More

We stayed in the "antique" 2 single bed room which is located on the ground floor for 2 days in July 2015. Our room was quite large with 2 single beds, chair, armoire, closet, night tables, not to mention lots of antique objects that were very interesting. The beds were quite comfortable and despite the heat in July we were... More

Disappointing accommodation. I do not understand how this place has the Trip Advisor recommendation it appears to have which is why I booked it. Good location, good wifi, character building outweighed by the following - difficulty communicating with staff including by e mail; mix up with booking resulting in a promise I would not be charged for one night to...
