Detailed Reviews
This hotel should have at least 3 stars, I don't know why it has only 2 stars. Beautiful location, next to the beach and city center. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is wonderful, with good selection of food. They are serving fresh orange juice, not some syrup. All their staff is amazing. Polite, kind and helpful.

This hotel is up there with one of the best in Larnaca.
My friend & I stayed here for 9 days & we were looked after impeccably.
The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are fully equipped with hairdryer, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, bathroom toiletries, tissues. There’s a flat screen tv. We had a city facing room which if I’m honest was a little noisy due to the delivery drivers from McDonalds & KFC on the front. There’s no pool here but you can use the fabulous pool at the hotel next door called Josephine Boutique for €5 per person.
It’s about a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach.

A small hotel very close to the promenade and the beach lots of restaurants around
We came late evening and left early morning the next day.
There is a building site across the street so take it ander consideration.
They started digging about 7:30am
The room is fairly small and the bath need a little tlc (I saw a roach)
The beds were comfortable.

We arrived to Larnaca in the middle of the night and we were planning to stay here for one day to explore the town a bit before heading to our main vacation spot, therefore we choose this simple hotel, as we wanted something in the centre and close to the promenade.
Of course it is a very basic hotel, nothing fancy, however it has a perfect price/ performance ratio. The rooms are basic but clean and well appointed. They have a kettle and coffee/ tea in the room. The reception area is small and most receptionists were nice and friendly, except from one. Our luggage didn’t arrive when we arrived so the airline company sent it to the hotel the next day, so the receptionist came upstairs and said that we can pick it up downstairs. In all hotel they would bring it to the room or at least offer you some help…. Maybe I’m used to different service, I don’t know, but it was a bit unexpected.
They do not have mini bar in the room, but you can buy water, wine and spirits from reception.
Their breakfast is basic, but they still have enough to satisfy you, cold cuts, omelette, bacon, sausages, some fruits, yogurt, pastries, but the highlight was freshly squeezed orange juice. We stayed at quite fancy hotels in Cyprus, and even some of them did not have this luxury, so kudos to Achilleios for that.
Otherwise the location is perfect, just a block from promenade, close to multitude of restaurants etc., and you would walk the block the other way , you will come to the shopping street.
All in all, I would say for the price it cost, it is a very nice hotel.

We stopped here for one night after a late flight in and before we headed North. The hotel is in a backstreet, so no views etc. but perfectly placed for a two minute stroll to the seafront and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The breakfast was a bit iffy however. The coffee was good but the eggs were sitting in a heated tray looking very congealed and unappetizing and the bacon etc looked like plastic. What was good though was the amazing spinach pie. I had seconds.

Myself and my mother decided to visit Cyprus when Ed Sheeran was performing in the island.
The hotel is lovely, clean, nicely designed, delicious brekkie with a stunning sea view, and affordable. The cherry at the top of the cake is the front desk staff who is well mannered, helpful and kind. A special thanks goes to Kim who made our trip extra pleasant

Good location, close to both the beach and the center. Close to restaurants. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed juice, adequate selection of good food, clean and fresh and a beautiful view from the restaurant where breakfast is served. The view in general is nothing but it is enough if you are going to sit for a while on the balcony. If you are on holiday, you are out, the hotel is mostly for staying the night and eating breakfast. Beautiful decor. Friendly staff. The only thing that lowers the rating is the boring view from the rooms, but that is also the only thing. Recommend this hotel.

Close to the beach and city centre with great continental breakfast and fresh orange juice. So good. Room was clean and quietly at few steps from a busy street. I like very much the sea view from the restaurant in the morning. Beautifull and inspiring

The hotel staff are super friendly & helpful. Have gone above & beyond for me.
Central location! The beach is just minutes walk away. I can actually see the water from my room.
The rooms are comfortable with cool decor.

this hotel is well priced, well staffed and very near the beach. few glitches for me were that: they could only give me a ground floor room, and refuse lorries woke me up in the middle of each night; the aircon wasn't working (although it wasn't a very high temperature period). i would stay here again, but only if i could get a room on an upper floor.

Hi, you can either get a taxi or a the bus. It's cheap and drops you off on the beach, 3mins away from the hotel. But if you're traveling with more people it may actually be cheaper to take a taxi.
I'm fairly sure there are no evening meals, but you do have maybe 50 restaurants within a short walk.
Hi. They are open, of couse. I strongly recommend Ocean Basket-sea food and To Sieradiko-traditional, home made food. Enjoy. All the best
Susan,
the hotel is literally just off the main shopping street, adjacent to a large Zara store. The seafront is 100 meters away, in my opinion the hotel is in a perfect location for both, as well as numerous bars and restaurants.
Dear mds2013,
The taxi work 24 hours,
We will call a cab for you any time you need it.
Kind regards
Inna Cutulscaia
