We stayed for a week, unfortunately during the coronovirus. The hotel staff worked hard to ensure we were safe by providing hand sanitizer throughout the hotel. As the situation got worse we started having to wear gloves and pre-booking meals to control the amount of people in one room. It's a shame some guests didn't take this seriously and thought the rules didn't apply to them!

We left on the day the hotel was closing its doors and it was very sad to see everything being packed away. We felt very sorry for the TUI reps as well as they're weren't sure when they were going home or what would happen next!

Food wise, it tasted good but a little more variety would have been nice. It was mostly meat, veg and pasta. Some theme nights would have been most appreciated!

The hotel was clean. The housekeeping staff did change the bed sheets every day which I felt was unnecessary. Due to the occasional bad weather days, or just needing to chill out, we put the do not disturb light on. We received two notices through the door from housekeeping to say they were unable to get into our room due to the do not disturb. We didn't need daily service.
The day before we were due to head home, everything in Cyprus was shut with the exception of pharmacy's or some supermarkets. Therefore we stayed in our room to chill out on the balcony. We had the do not disturb light on, and the door was locked. We heard housekeeping trying to use their card to get in anyway and trying the door handle. If the light is on, they need to respect this.

The bar staff were lovely and very attentive. The cocktails were great and on the strong side so you were getting your money's worth!

I appreciate we were out of season but some more activities would have been nice. We were offered darts or Zumba, but perhaps more bingo sessions or a quiz would have been nice.

The area around the hotel isn't great (with the exception of the mini market opposite which has all the extras you might need!). There are a lot of abandoned construction sites, dilapidated houses and restaurants, uneven pavements and rubbish on the streets. The part of Limassol by the marina is completely different and if you could pick up this hotel and place it by the marina it would make a huge difference!

The bus is only €1.50 for any length of journey and the marina is less than 30 minutes with no traffic. Worth traveling outside of the area!

Our room was nice, as we upgraded to a junior suite. Our balcony had a table and two chairs but we could see other room's balconies were half the size and would only fit one person and there wasn't any seating provided! The bed was comfortable but the mattress exaggerated any slight movement. A harder mattress would have been better.

Whilst we might return to Cyprus one day, I'm sorry to say we won't stay at this hotel.

Me and my daughter have just returned from limassol staying at the ATLANTICA OASIS HOTEL , the hotel is beautiful the staff lively it is clean and when we went just opened so nice and quiet, our room was on the 2nd floor number 2208 the view was poor but the room lovely. Hairdryers in the rooms are fine and good shower and bath, The downfall is the location, i've been to limassol 3 times before but last trip was 20 years ago and wow what changes for the worse sadly. It is very built up and more happening also a lot of run down empty business everywhere which is very sad, the beach was never famous for beauty it is not very nice the shops are great some expensive designers shops in the city and harbour. The ,ovation of the hotel is not great but dint be put off if you want a beautiful hotel with a spa and great food it is lovely, but if you want a nice outlook from you're room ten this is not the place really. You can get the number 30 bus for €1.50 to the harbour which is a nice walk or it will are about 1.30 to walk it. There is the small zoo which is €5 each adult and children 15 under €2 it is worth a visit clean small areas but has a lovely park attached a small coffee shop. we actually got to see Pelicans as well which years ago were seen in cyprus but sadly it seems they have lost that habitat with all the building that has happened such a shame it to me has made it very ugly. They are a lot of stray cats which we do not mind as huge animal lovers so we fed them but for some maybe not great, sadly the care of animals there is not great. We went low season i think when it gets busier it will have more going in, I would visit the hotel again but not for 2 weeks but for a week is fine, we like to look about but if you are someone who likes to just stay in the hotel then you will be fine. There are some local churches about which is always nice to see and hear and the furnishings in the hotel are beautiful the i door pool very warm and a sauna and steam room free to use and a gym also a jacuzzi also free indoor pool open 8-8pm outdoor from 9-6pm. Food all good and great latte machines which for me is a must. All in all a wonderful trip just so sad that with this virus no one is now able to travel there, let's pray it is over soon as it will be terrible for the hotels etc we will all suffer in many ways and will be hard to come back from the impact if it lasts to long ,

What can i say! Mine and my daughters 2nd time coming here (my 7 year old has begged to come back for 3 years) so this time we brought my mom. My mother is in her 60s and has an intolerance to gluten. I was so anxious about bringing her incase she was ill but Atlantica surpassed all expectation. My mother was walked around my the head chef at every meal time to show her what foods were ok for her to eat. The hotel manager had a meeting with her to assess her intolerance level. Fresh food was made for if she wanted something specific like gluten free muffins, ham/cheese toasties and even gluten free pasta.

The staff here are exceptional and go out of their way to help. The hotel is clean and tidy and we had an absolute blast. It was my birthday whilst i was there. The staff sang Happy Birthday to me, made me a cake, i had a fruit basket and bottle of wine left in room - all with no extra charge!

The bus stop is literally a stones throw from hotel. Jump on it for €1.50 (kids go free) and it will take you to the beach, harbour or the old town. Cheap to explore as the excursions are over priced.

The entertainment has changed quite a bit since we came last time and was probably the only thing that made me mark down the review. Children's club should be a bit longer. The children’s disco got a bit repetitive. Adults evening entertainment was really poor but we were always to tired anyway, so just had early nights.

The internet is hit and miss.

And my biggest bug bear was the indoor pool. This is a SPA pool and IMO should be for 18s and over with NO children/inflatables/toys etc Everyday my mother and i tried to swim some lengths but found it impossible. We found this frustrating. The indoor pool really isnt manned properly.

But overall, this holiday was AMAZING! The above can be EASILY rectified and is minor in the grand scheme.
Id go back time and time again as my daughter has the BEST memories and the fact my mom wasnt poorly once, stands testament to the exceptional quality of food on offer.

Thank you Atlantica Oasis x

We arrived early hours of Monday 2nd March and our room was amazing we thought we were going to have an amazing time, we couldn't have been any more wrong. On the 2nd night after having a great time in the bar the lad from the entertainment team insisted on taking us to a local bar where my drink was spiked and was charged €76 for 5 drinks and it turns out the young lad got commission on every guest he took there. As for my drink being spiked I dread to think what would have happened had my husband not been there to make sure i was put to bed and it took me 2 days to recover. On reporting the incident to the hotel the bar manager was very arrogant and insisted that the incident was a figment of our imagination to be told a couple of hours later the young lad had been dismissed.... but they insisted we were wrong????
Food was cold boring and regurgitated from lunch both me and my new husband were very poorly and to top it off on the Friday morning several coach parties arrived and it felt like we were in an old people's home! Food and entertainment was aimed at the over 70's and the smell of lavender perfume hung in the air. We looked at getting flights home but it was so expensive we decided to stay but spent the rest of our time here either eating at a local restaurant or in our room watching tv on my phone.
So to sum it up as long as your happy with cold bland food and mixing with oap's this is the place for you.
P.s all pool bars were closed and we spent all week asking for music around the pool which they finally put on very low on day six of our holiday. We can never get our honeymoon back and feel we should never have been sent to this care home for the elderly.

We stayed at the Atlantica Oasis for 2 weeks as a family of 4.
A nice spacious hotel with a large outdoor pool, indoor pool, adult only pool and children's pool. There is a spa which includes a gym, salon, sauna and steam room. I enjoyed a lovely facial during my stay.
Plenty of sunbeds, never failed to get one after 9am (we are not sunbed reservers!) So no need to run down at 5am!!!
There are plenty of places to order drinks, ice creams, snacks throughout the day, as well as the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is also an outdoor bbq serving burgers, hot dog etc. You can also book a table for themed dining, such as an Indian night, Italian night and BBQ night.
There's a kids club, although my children did not go along to this. Only activities were going on through the day such as water polo, aqua aerobics, pool, darts and football.
We had a pleasant stay but like most all inclusive holidays we have been on, 2 weeks is enough as it becomes repetitive.
The evening entertainment was OK, maybe not to our taste every night but we really enjoyed the bingo, although we did not win, the cash prize for a full house can go upto €700!!!

Staff at the hotel were friendly and worked extremely hard to meet the guests needs, in particular Anastasa in the Resturant and Fanni at night in the outside bar.

Not much to do in the local area so we booked some trips through the TUI rep.
The Catamaran trip was sold to us as a day out involving snorkeling, which we love, hence booking the trip. There was 2 masks on the boat but no snorkels and No fish!!! The trip involved going out to a couple of places to swim, eating and returning, nice for sunbathing but nothing exciting!
The waterpark was brilliant and definitely the highlight of our holiday.
We took the bus (€1.50 for adults each way and €0.75 for older kids) to the marina and enjoyed fishing with a rod we had purchased.
Taxi drivers can be a bit crafty so ensure you get a price before using them.

I have dropped a star as I felt the hotel could do with more cleaners. The staircase to our room was not cleaned the whole time of our stay, with used plasters, a slice of lemon, sweet wrappers etc. Considering there is the did to wear masks in the restaurant, keeping communal area clean is also just as important!
The pool area was left full of used cups, straws, wrappers, split ice creams, broken inflatables etc and was not cleaned until the mornings. Sunbed were also not cleaned. I was shocked that guests didn't put their rubbish in the bins provided!
The lifeguard was mainly sitting at the ice cream stall checking his phone out of sight of swimmers.
The music playing from the ice cream stall sometimes contained inappropriate language!

Apart from this, are stay was very enjoyable 😉

Our last evening and I can honestly say I am sorry to be going home. I have done many holidays being 60 plus, done 4* plus etc but never have I been able to find food, and the quality that this hotel offers anywhere. I am gluten intolerant but every single day I had yummy meals. It could do with being a little hotter but hey, when you have paid what I have in the past and ended up being hungry there is no way I would complain. A dedicated children's food area, attentive staff, I shall so be coming back and loads of people keep coming back too. A special mention to Osman, a member of the cleaning staff of the main restaurant who went out of his way to help me when he was already busy, to 'Success' who has the the most gorgeous smile and works in the restaurant and lately the Sports
Bar who, I have to say, made our holiday that much more lovely. If anything, I would come back just to be served by him. The animation team never pressure you into anything, not like other places but are truly lovely and the entertainment is fab. I cannot believe this hotel is not 4*. Don't expect staff to be falling over themselves to be liked by you just for tips, each and everyone is a professional, there to do an excellent job not fawn on you to give them a decent tip at the end of your trip. We all know that's false. Must mention the Restaurant Manager whoI we met in the Al Carte Restaurant, super friendly and lovely chap. The Tui rep was so not like others and excellent at her job, a definite change to other Tui Reps we have had in the past. No rushing for sunbeds, very popular with families with young children, came here on a recommendation from a friend and will be back. If you want your room cleaning press the button on the wall, we resisted as long as we could to offset our global carbon footprint.

I visited the Atlantica Oasis in July for a 4 day break.
On arrival I was allocated a family suite on the 3rd floor. The room was very clean and airy with a pool view. Lots of cupboard space, living area is a good size with very comfortable bed and bathroom is also a fantastic size.
The pool areas are very clean and plenty of sun loungers around the pools. I only used the adult only pool so cannot comment on the main pool.
Bar staff are very friendly and the hotel has the biggest range of cocktails I have seen before.
At meal times you are escorted to your table and there is a good selection of food available at all meal times.
I used both gym and spa during my visit. The gym is very well equipped with air conditioning and hand sanitizer is available to clean equipment before and after use. I had a massage while there and all treatments are reasonably priced and I would highly recommend trying it out. There is also a hairdressers on site.
The bus stop is literally a few minutes walk away where you can take the bus to the Marina, beach or huge shopping mall for 1.50 euro.
I will be recommending the Atlantica Oasis for anyone looking for a holiday to Cyprus and will definitely be returning myself for another visit.

We were out in Cyprus for a friend's wedding at the Atlantica bay hotel which was adults only so we stayed here with our children.

The food was outstanding by far the best iv had AI before.

The hotel was very clean, we had a large family room with a huge bed, which was so comfortable with massive pillows and then bunk beds for the children. A small balcony. Room cleaned every day except Sunday.

All the staff were friendly and polite. You can generally only get 2 drink at one time from the pool bar.

The pools were great but a tad cold it was start of season.

The entertainment team were good lots of activities happening and the kids club was open.

Location wise Limassol is massive its a city. There were some shops and restaurants within walking distance..a pub opposite very popular. They are trying to make it a nicer area but its very much a mix of new buildings and building falling down. We got a taxi down to the maria which was nice 10 eu each way. The hotel called taxis for us then just got one from marina back. Taxi driver said the main huge road back to our hotel used to be fill if bars and restaurants but many have closed due to covid which is a shame. We didnt visit a beach but my children went to the small zoo and waterpark.with their dad and they enjoyed that other than that we stayed at the hotel.

Atm rules are you still have to wear a mask in restaurant areas, transport etc 6 years plus no one asked us for a covid pass anywhere.

Overall a great week in the sun for start of season, weather was better than expected and i felt we got more than our monies worth from the hotel.

Personally i wouldn't return again as i found the area to big i prefer towns in walking distances etc.

My only criticisms would be check in was a rush and much was not explained to us, like whos bands where who, how you use the touch screen in reception to book the al a carte restaurant etc..which btw was lovely. But we were shown to our room. Also they have a great bbq cooking area outside with loads of seating this could of been used as a snack bar during day as we mostly used the restaurant 4 food as was better in there than the takeaway sandwiches from the cafe. Would save dragging the children out of the water.

But yes would recommend for a cheaper out of season holiday if your not fused to leave the hotel

We went for a week in June, as usual reading some reviews below did make us wonder have we picked the right destination? I will start with the negatives first and there really isn't that many.... The location is not great it is run down in many areas though I can see new buildings going up and a new plaza further up the road. If you like staying in the hotel all week, or getting on a bus to go somewhere, or hiring a car this could be the place for you. On the flip side if you like strolling outside down a promenade or a resort after dinner you might want to think again. Crisps are not part of the all inclusive I have stayed in places which give you a handful on crisps or nuts to go with your drink not here. As many people have reviewed they don't really stick to there sunbed reservation policy. Because we arrived late they had laid on some stale sandwiches but it 100% is better than going to bed hungry and luckly it's not an indication of the food which will brings me on to the positives. The food was excellent, yes it was an international restaurant so not many cypriot things to choose from. However there is something for everyone, and they make the best pizzas I have had ever in an hotel. We liked BBQ night and the managment cocktails where you could try local drinks and food as well as the a-la-carte resutrant which you were allowed to visit once as part of your all inclusive stay. Cocktails were nice and quite a few to choose from as well as the local beer Keo which I preffered to Carlsberg. Also there was a snack bar where you could get sandwiches, toasties, and cakes. I would rate the all inclusive 8 out 10. (Where 10 are for places that serve you branded drinks) It was really one of the best we have had. The accomdation was great as well it had one the of biggest double beds we slept in and all clean and tidy with water in our room. The hotel also had water stations all over it so you could refil your bottles. The staff were friendly and loved the flowers and plants they had. Two swimming pools one for Adults only, we preffered the bigger swimming pool as the sun beds were higher and the surface around the pool was not so slippery. We also liked joining in with Aqua Zumba and aerobics Also at night there was stage for shows or an Adult only bar with entertainment. We really did enjoy ourselves and it was a shame when it was time to go home. Thank you for an enjoyable memorable stay.

arrived after already checking in on the bus on the way from airport. great idea. we stayed on the 3rd floor with a pool facing room. the room was spotless with a king-size double bed small balcony small fridge for cool water air conditioning.
the whole hotel is spotless with a workforce keeping the place clean. food in the restaurant was what you expect from all inclusive, varied buffet enough choice throughout the 7 days we stayed. pool area clean with loads of sunbeds, although the normal reserving at stupid o'clock but not necessary. small adult pool and a kids area with a pirate ship poolside bar and a snack area open from 10 the snack area has the best coffee in the hotel.
evening entertainment ok nice adult bar wiv demitree the star turn.
the area the hotel is situated in is not the best, being renovated, so will improve. a trip on the local bus no 30 from the end of the road for 1.50 euros will take you to the port area well worth a visit
then the incident
on Sunday night we were sitting on our balcony when without warning the back legs on my chair broke i went backwards smashing my head against the wall. plenty of blood and after some excellent care from Joanna a night manager a trip to the local A&E a C.T. scan and stitches. if you stay in the hotel please check your balcony chairs, ours were replaced with metal ones after the accident. hopefully the hotel will roll this out to all rooms
obviously this took the shine of the holiday but the staff were nothing short of excellent. accidents happen but don't let it happen to you check your chairs.
