My husband and I stayed here the end of August and it is impossible to convey how fabulous this hotel is. From the moment we arrived it was 5 start experience-actually far better than a lot of 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The staff, the cleanliness, the food and the whole experience was amazing. I have not one negative thing to say about this location.
It amazed us how the staff could remember our room number every time we were served and each and everyone of them were so helpful, pleasant and hard working.
I cannot explain the food in the Polo restaurant. We ate here every night of the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel. On one particular night I had the chicken and my husband had the pork. We barely spoke to each other during the meal as we were relishing the flavours. It was the nicest meal we have ever had. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge variety and the freshly squeezed orange juice is most refreshing
All areas of the hotel are spotless and the decor and aroma make it a very relaxing experience.
The owners should be very proud of what they have accomplished and likewise be very proud of their staff.
I will be back in Cyprus later this month and once I have a date all I hope is that there is availability as I will be bitterly disappointed to have to stay elsewhere
Well done to all

Visiting Alasia Spa was really relaxing and invigorating for me. The receptionist of the spa was very polite and knew exactly what to recommend regarding my issues. The fact that only with appointment you could use the facilities prior to your massage, offered me the relaxation I needed. Not crowded at all and sure is a place to find a bit of serenity, away from busy schedules. Amazing therapist and really loved the hot oil head massage

The Alasia Hotel is just perfect! All of the staff are highly attentive, so friendly, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and your stay feel special. The hotel is very clean, and observes excellent social distancing measures, sanitizer everywhere, all staff wearing masks, and masks and gloves available for you to use as well. It's safe without feeling restrictive. The Alasia has a wonderful atmosphere, and is so elegantly designed, perfect for all your holiday needs. The spa is an absolute oasis of calm, a hidden gem, just perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Last but not least, the restaurant is also outstanding - a must visit in Limassol! I will always recommend this hotel to others and it's one of the only places I have visited more than once - and intend to go back for more!

Excellent Boutique hotel.
Highlights
Very warm check in at reception, included a refreshing drink
Staff we so nice, very polite and always asking how my stay was and everything was ok. I would say they were an excellent asset to the hotel
Food amazing, great value, did not have anything that i did not like
All areas are very clean and well maintained
For a small establishment there are many spots you can sit, relax and enjoy.
Cleaning ladies do a great job, daily cleaning with turn down service in the evenings.
They set up a wide screen TV for football lover
Breakfast buffet could not fault it, caters for everyone.
Finally i have to mention the Potato fries, home made and best i have tasted.

Low lights
None.
Would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families, little gem of a place and i will try and bring my family next time i visit.

Lovely hotel with a nice ambiance. Candles are a romantic touch everywhere along with an open fire in the lounge area. Staff very polite and friendly. Only a couple of points to make, we couldn't control our heating in the bedroom and we were uncomfortably hot - unfortunately it was late at night. Also, a good thing would be to inform customers in their confirmation email that the car park is 100 metres around the corner from the hotel and that you needed a code from reception to open
the secured gate. We thought we had to
park outside the hotel and this proved
very difficult as it is built up. Maybe they
may consider this for future. Overall a nice stay, with a bowl of fruit in the room for the birthday celebration, although maybe a bottle of wine would have been a nicer touch ;-)

I know Alasia well but I wasn’t sure how it would feel under Covid ..

I travel globally at least a week each month usually and I like to stay in a boutique hotel so Alasia works for me. I have not felt quite so relaxed in months and this was because

- I ate like a king .. well done to Chris the new chef for a fully refreshed and exciting menu
- I felt genuinely cared for : a fine balance of sensitivity to my needs for privacy and quiet and an authoritative management leadership in these difficult times
- my wife enjoyed a (massively overdue) fabulous massage

Well done Alasia team for managing to create such a sanctuary in these difficult times

Although the spa area is very impressive, you don’t get to use the premises (pool-sauna-gym) after booking a massage therapy (we paid €100+) , like in other spas in Cyprus- which i found odd. But the worst part was that i was literally rushed out by massage lady as soon as she was done. I asked to lay down for 2’ after the massage therapy but she got furious and let me out saying she had another client. Not quite the relaxing experience you would expect.

This is an absolutely superb hotel that genuinely stands out not just in Limassol but globally, too. The combination of room quality, exceptionally nice service and price point really makes this place difficult to better. Whether it’s staff at reception, in the bar, the restaurant or housekeeping everyone was on top of their game at every turn. Keep up the great work - it’s appreciated!

Have visited the spa facilities with my wife and we had the most relaxing 3 hours for a long time.
After the spa we sat for lunch and food was just amazing. Rib eye steak was greatly cooked and delicious.
5 stars from me.

Well this hotel is in a quiet part of Limassol about a 20 minute walk from the restaurants and the beach area. The service was excellent. The rooms good sized clean and tidy. Lots of additional extras I didn’t sue. Has a parking space nearby. Not undercover. But off the street. My only serious complaint is the breakfast. A very poor version of an English breakfast! But you pay for all of this, or at least I think you do!

The hotel is really in the heart of the city. It should be a 20' walk (through the city's oldest part) to Saripolou square which is filled with bars. There are bars/traditional style coffee shops/restaurants/music venues etc on that square's side streets too. Also, the old port area, the castle and the Limassol marina are a few minutes after Saripolou square, towards the sea.
