When we got to the Appartments the people at reception were super friendly and helpful. They always informed us of any question we had. The location is also very good right next to the beach and in front of the Municipal park. Highly recommended for someone on a low budget the only thing is the place is a bit small, but we got a view to the seaside and it was perfect!

Ignore some of the negative earlier reviews as this hotel has clearly been upgraded in the recent past. It is clean, comfortable, a stones throw from the beach, shops, restaurants, municipal park and zoo, with lots of bus routes to other parts of town. We would recommend a one-bedroom apartment with a sea view, which comes fully equipped with cooker, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The hotel has a very quaint retro style lounge and a decent pool. Reasonable price. The steps up to the hotel would make it inconvenient for a wheelchair user.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a superior studio.
The staff were very friendly and personable.
The reception is manned all day and night with a bar to order from in the evening if needed.
The room came with everything you would need from crockery and cutlery, a kettle, toaster, oven and hair dryer.
Clean and they service your room daily. Toiletries are provided and the water is hot/warm consistently.
My only criticism would be that the furniture is slightly dated and some of the tiles on the kitchen floor were broken. The bath width is quite narrow so it’s slightly awkward to stand in the shower.
We didn’t try the breakfast but they charge it at 7 euros a day.
The hotel is very close to the beach and about a 20 mins walk from the marina.
Great value for money and I will now sure to stay here again if I am to visit Limassol again.
Thank you for the hospitality!

This hotel was a brill find. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean. The bar and lounge area is really quaint. There is a small pool to relax in and a continental breakfast is served by the pool and is great value for money. ALL staff here were really welcoming however, Katrina was the young lady we spoke to the most. We will definitely return.

Nice hotel, very nice and polite staff, all the receptionist we encountered were lovely and very friendly, housekeeping very good too.
Rooms could get a bit of an upgrade, as they are a bit dated. However, good and clean rooms, you have all you need.

We looked forward to our stay in Limassol Cyprus, and have booked a hotel through star tour / Tui, which was supposed to be a 3+ hotel, and perfect for adult said their marketing.

What a lie and a huge surprise that awaited us.

We arrived 19 of August and a almost naked ( he only wear a speedo) 84 year old man "welcomed us" ( a old grumpy man - the owner) . We saw the lobby was kinda dirty and this didnt look to good.

We got room 102, and we was going to our room, opened the door, nd what the heck...The room was so discusting and dirty. The refrigerator was almost destroyed and dirty. It was ants, insects and so on. I run down and complained, We couldnt stay at this room. The Owner was very grumpy , but he gave us a new room after alittle discussion. Then we got 302, and even this room was discusting and dirty , but somewhat better than 102.

Even though the hotel isnt the most important "thing" at the vacation, you need to feel that you have a pkace to relax , and this hotel, you will just feel disgusted when you are there.
We contacted Star Tour and explained to them the standard at the hotel, but they couldnt / wouldnt help us. They said everything was full over the weekend at that we had to stay there to Monday.

The next day we got a visit of the star tour guide and she looked at our room and she "tried" to back up the hotel..but when i asked if she would stay at the hotel herself she didnt wanna answer..At least she showed us some ore rooms at the hotel, but every freaking room was dirty so we didnt see the point in moving and all we wanted was to get away from this dirty hotel.

Finally at Monday Star Tour found another hotel for us...3 days at this hell hotel was more than enough and my advice to all of you..STAY AWAY from this hotel, if you do not like dirt , mold and a grumpy old "naked" hotel owner.

I have put out some pictures, sadly I could only put out 10..but you will get and good idea of how the room is..Look at the and if you decide to stay at this hotel after that, dont sya you havent been warned!

Stayed there a few times as we regularly visit friends and relatives in Cyprus and really enjoyed our stay every time. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff but its best attribute is the hotels location. Situated within walking distance from the beach (1 minute walk), the picturesque old limassol town, restaurants, bars, cafes, museum and the zoo.
Our first choice when visiting Cyprus. Hope this helps

It's not a hotel - at leat I was told by the night portier when I asked for a bottle of water after getting back from a late evening. The bar is closed, he added. Not much else could be done either, and adding to that a sulkiness never seen before, the filthy bathroom and the total lack of amenities - not even a shower gel or shampoo dispenser; a miniscule wrapped soap was it. It's sad, because the location is not bad at all and the hotel - sorry the pension - itself, seen as a structure, seems good enough - all rooms boasting their own balcony and so on. But alas, so miskept and so misunderstood. I seriously doubt that anyone attached to the establishment ever slept away from home, thus they obviously have no reference whatsoever for what it takes to run a hospitality business.

I've stayed for 4 nights. It's located near downtown Limassol. It's located half block from a not particularly attractive beach. Rooms are spacious, though a bit worn. You can stock your own refrigerator and towels to the beach and the pool are charged extra. No good restaurants around. No parking. Kind staff. Good shower.
