We spent two nights at Pefkos hotel. All the areas have been fully refurbished, hence you can feel the freshness, combined with the cozy, wooden decor.

The rooms provide everything one requires for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the good matress and pillows.

The pool area is clean and tidy. Breakfast is rich and truly enjoyable on the pool breakfast.

The location is very convenient and central and there is ample parking space.

We will definitely go back and we truly recommend it either for business or for leasure!

During my recent stay at the Pefkos City Hotel in Limassol, I had the opportunity to stay at a renovated and updated hotel .The public areas and rooms are very clean ,the staff is helpfull and polite .The Housekeeping staff do a great job. There is a great variety of tastefull and traditional Cypriots products at breakfast .Front desk ladies are very helpfull . Devices for hand disinfection located in various spaces. I can recommend this hotel for a cosy ,calm and value for money stay in Limassol .

This hotel markets itself as a ‘business’ option although in my opinion it’s equally well suited to leisure travellers alike. The location is walkable to the marina and the old harbour and there are a number of shops/cafes/restaurants in the nearby vicinity, which appeal to a range of tastes and budgets. There’s a small car park adjacent to the hotel for guests.

The hotel has a spacious reception area with cafe/bar, restaurant and outside poolside area. Overall it’s really well presented, clean and tidy with a very modern finish.

The rooms appear to be less modern, however. Mine was located on the fifth floor (of six floors) with a small elevator servicing each of the levels. The balcony with city/sea views was great, the decor was really quite tired though, especially the bathroom.

Customer service was both amiable and professional throughout with reception staff providing a useful focal point. It was clearly well occupied with guests of different nationalities, giving the place a rather cosmopolitan vibe.

Lovely buffet breakfast was a standout feature here with nice attention to detail overall. Snack lunches and evening meals available on request but no room service and no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, which was disappointing.

The weekend I stayed there were two private function at the hotel, consequently it was busier than it might have otherwise been.

The major downside was the over-enthusiastic cleaning staff who persisted in constantly mopping the marble flooring throughout the communal areas. This created trip hazards with no signage (ouch!).

Overall a recommended option that, all things considered, offers a relative Cost/Value ratio.

Stayed for 1 night only due to flight cancellation on 02-03/11/22.
The room we were allocated certainly didn’t look anything like those on the hotel web site.
Bathroom still had half used toiletries strewn around, used towels on the floor. There were tiles missing off the walls, black mould in the grouting of the tiles, plugs hanging off. The furniture was old battered & scratched. The wardrobe was tattered and smelly. The main door of the room had gap’s all round it and a hole where the old lock used to be. Thankfully the beds had not been used so we threw the half used toiletries in the bin, kicked the used towels under the sink & got our heads down for a couple of hours.
An overall horrendous experience- I would have been demanding a refund if I had actually had to pay for the room !!
Staff were polite but not particularly helpful.
Seriously avoid if you can - I certainly would not recommend even to my worst enemy

Great hotel which has had all communal parts totally refurbished including pool. Rooms not yet refurbished (at least not the one we had anyway, some may have been) but still room absolutely fine inc. very comfy bed, especially considering really great price. To get to sea and tourist area its 20+ mins walk but you can hire bikes on-site for a few euros or if you have a car then you're sorted. Staff very nice. Breakfast buffet excellent. Provided you don't mind being a little further away from the tourist areas this hotel is highly recommended.

Very good hotel! Friendly and professional staff. Clean, warm and cozy room. Comfy bed. Room renovated, very good size with balcony. Small refrigerator and a safe in the room as well. Plus all the things you need for comfortable stay-shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, washing cap, sewing kit and powerful hair dryer included. The restaurant has great choice of foods with very professional staff. Breakfast so tasty and rich, a lot variaties to choose from. Location great especially if you have hired a car, the parking is right behind the hotel, private area. Beautiful pool area and a pool bar.

Hotel building and the location is pretty good! However hotel has two room classifications; standard and superior. We booked a standard double room and state that we would need a baby cot for a 3 month old baby. Rooms are very very small and they are under average. Our room was so small that we had to take turns in walking around, flooring was damaged, door nob was not working properly, shower head had no holder. Apart from all this, unfortunately staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. They were a bit rude in handling our reservations at the reception, staff in the restaurant were also rude when we tried to have our dinner. Reception kept calling us and asking for the payment even though they had our payment minutes ago

Stayed for two nights on a business trip. On arrival pleasantly pleased as the hotel looked fairly new and modern. Car park a little small but free so no real complaints. Location is not in the tourist areas so you do need a car or public transportation. The bedroom I had was very tired and needed updating. One of The bed lights was hanging off the wall and did not work anyway but surly someone would notice this fact. The room was extremely hot so I turned on the AC to get it down to a temperature that was acceptable but it only ran hot. I asked but due to it being November they turn it off even though the temp in the room was 25 deg. In the morning I went for a shower to find that the shower holder was broken so I had to hold it to shower!. Again surely this should have been picked up by someone!. I advised the desk in the morning and the did fix it so second night was OK although still very warm. Also my room was on the main road so quite noisy and the curtains do not stop the early morning sun shinning in. The restaurant served a buffet which was Luke warm with very little choice. Overall not impressed

We've stayed here many times and the wonderful staff always make it special. For this stay, we were joined by two very close friends. The higher floors with front facing rooms offer a pleasant view of the pool below and distant sea views. Superior rooms are exaclty that, great decor and enjoy good soundproofing. Very comfortable beds. Location is wonderful being a few minutes drive from the marina. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant is second to none. Other meals overall are generous, well cooked and delicious. These can be enjoyed in the welcoming outside space, restaurant and the bar lounge. All in all, highly recommended which our friends endorsed.

Fantastic location, with adequate facilities. Lobby restaurant and bar looked newly renovated and were always spotless. The staff… the staff are a credit to the hotel. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and easy as possible. There was no such thing as a big ask. Can’t thank them enough for all their help. My only critique would be that the rooms could do with an upgrade but was cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable
