Just returned from a week skiing in Soldeu with family and friends and stayed at the chalet Peretol. We were a large group of four families. Overall, I cannot fault the chalet or our stay. Laura, as is well documented, is awesome. She will do anything to help you. Buster and Marionella (the dogs) are superb. The staff are all...

Hotel Peretol has a fantastic location being 5 minutes away from GranVilaria and Soldeu , also having a little snow park on the premisis for snowboarders and skiiers who are into snowparks with rails etc. Although the service and everything else was great, the food was absolutely disgusting, chicken wings which seemed to have been served out of frozen packets...

We went for a weeks holiday this January. There were 17 of us in the party and Laura and the rest of the team could not have done more to make our stay excellent. If you are expecting 5* luxury you should try somewhere else but for people who want a great ski trip, with good (if different) food, warm...

The Hotel Peretol is situated a 5 minute drive from the main Gondola at Soldeu. The staff run regular drops and pickups in their mini bus. Right outside in the back garden is a good sized fun park with drag lift. It's open usually at 3pm and is floodlit until 9pm! Great for a bit of fun after a days...

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday - skiing in Soldeu, Andorra - having stayed at Hotel Peretol. The new chef is brilliant and the food has been excellent and we were never left hungry! Similarly to other reviews, Laura - the hotel manager - made the stay and I must commend her for her great service and attention...

Our party of 11 arrived at the time of freezing conditions with heavy snow. Dissapointed that the radiators in our room did not kick in until 6.30pm. A word with Laura resulted in the thermostats for the hotel being turned up.Simple. The biggest problem with this hotel is that the quality of the food was awful. Often cold and unedible....

Budget price, so we were quite pleased to find the rooms clean and tidy although a bit on the small size. A few little changes could make a big different. Maybe a French stick at breakfast the only bread available was white sliced.A automatic door closer on the front door so we did not have to sit in a freezing...

This is a lovely little hotel, the staff are great and very helpful and cheery, the hotel is managed by Laura who is absolutely lovely and so helpful. The rooms are simple but adequate and the breakfast is simple, but the croissants are to die for. The only downside is the evening meal which was often awful and sometimes inedible,...

Cosy, good value family-run hotel. The food is great, they have just got a new chef and there is a 3 course set menu dinner option for 13 eur. It is right next to a board park for those who want to perfect their tricks. It is a few minutes drive away from Soldeu centre where the gondola is, but...

We originally came during Christmas week 2015 and were thoroughly spoiled! The food was, overall, tasty and satisfying. But the service was excellent - ski passes, spas, restaurants - all advised on and organised by Laura the Manager. So the stay was stress free. The vibe is very chilled and relaxing and the hotel is staffed by warm, charming individuals,...
