We stayed here for a week in early February for skiing and were amazed at just how good it was, especially when compared to other ski resorts we have stayed in. The hosts were great fun and you always felt they would do everything possible to help out. The rooms were very nice and cleaned daily and the food was...

Had a great week skiing here! Cracking chalet and VERY friendly, helpful, accommodating and funny chalet hosts! You have a great team of personalities Bryony!!! The food was excellent, (let myself down on the first night eating the left overs with a ladle though) and the wine was free flowing. The cakes and bread left out to welcome you after...

Ski-ing for one week with a big group mid-January. The conditions were the best ever as there had been a huge dump of snow. My friend and I had a fantastic ski instructor Paul O who helped us improve greatly so private lessons the best thing we did. The Chalet has a typical layout so no complaints about that, the...

Went skiing for a week mid March, excellent snow conditions all week. Accommodation was excellent, friendly hosts, good food and wine, nice lounge area, large with plenty of leather sofas and always someone around to serve beer at the bar. Our rooms was of good size, cases slid under the bed which is always a plus point. Good bathroom, excellent...

The Chalet was fab, and most things ran very smoothly thanks to Neilson. The meals were good and the wine was nice considering you could have as much as you like! The apres events through Neilson were really good and the whole week was overall lovely. Most of the staff were so sweet especially Claire, Emily and Gemma. There were...

Room was of an adequate size, clean and tidy with a belting shower. It was cleaned every day. The chalet location was spot on, once you had hired a locker near the lifts. The skiing was great especially the free coaching sessions, both Pat and Mike were outstanding instructors. The staff, especially Claire and Mike, could not do enough for...

I read a few reviews before the holiday and was really expecting the worst. Now I have just returned from one of my favourite holidays, ever! Yes I was ill, but it's a holiday resort and these things are common. The fantastic staff at the Casale even went to Soldeau to get me some medication for the pharmacy - top...

We visited the chalet for 7 nights last week and loved it. Some of the reviews on this site did make me wonder what I was letting myself in for but there was honestly no need to worry. Neilson We booked through Neilson Ski and having booked with them to Italy before, we knew we would be well looked after....

We have just returned for a week in this excellent chalet now run by dedicated Neilson staff and would recommend it to everyone. As a party of two vegetarians and a vegan we were a bit anxious about how they would cope with our dietary needs but the staff especially Claire and Mike made it all easy from day 1....

We decided to go with Neilson Mountain Collection as we stayed a week at a beach club last year and it was amazing. The Mountain Collection is far from the same standard out of all the mountain expert session there were only 2 sessions for snowboarders and on enquiry these were the same session repeated this was not as advertised...
