Nice breakfast, however every day the same, very nice restaurant to have breakfast with a wonderful view.
It is a pity that at the pool "Nikki Beach" the deckchairs reserved for residents are away from the pool. There was no one settled around the pool and yet impossible to have a bed, unless you pay 200€ + a bottle of alcohol.. If there was a great atmosphere I might understand, but this is not the case at all. Okay, the DJ sounds great, but it's not festive at all, at least not when I was there. There were beds on the second line of the pool, just like it paid. Why not settle the residents there as long as no other client needs it??! It's still aberrant to leave all the beds empty around the pool and force the residents to step further....
I bitterly regret having taken a garden view room, I had taken a sea view room in the past, incomparable experience..! Never again garden view..
Ice bucket in room is charged 10€, I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, I have never paid for a bucket of ice. At Monte Carlo Bay Monaco there are free ice dispensers in the corridors..
Finally, 150€ for 2 days parking at the hotel. Welcome to Monaco:)
We dined at both Amu and the Lobby Lounge, where the service was consistently outstanding. A special shoutout to Letitia in the Lobby Lounge, who went above and beyond to make our son’s birthday extra special with a surprise dessert, complete with candles and a sparkler. The food in both restaurants was excellent.
The valet parking was quick and efficient, adding to our positive experience. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Monaco, making it an ideal choice for sightseeing. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

My liaison and planning with the concierge team ahead of the trip was handled professionally and from the moment we arrived to the point we departed we were treated with personal service and the utmost care and integrity.
We stayed in a Fairmont Hairpin room, and as major F1 fans we were not disappointed at all - fantastic views both daytime and nightime of the iconic hairpin, nearby casino, Monaco cityscape and frequent supercar appearances.
I have absolutely no negatives to report about this hotel and it's team, can't really understand why there are some poor reviews on here - please ignore them, they are NOT representative at all! We highly recommend Fairmont Monte Carlo and would like to thanks the entire team for their dedication.
ps. special mention to Calogero on breakfast service (aka Genaro Gattuso!) - he was so attentive and friendly. Grazie :)

Welcome to the All Accor priority counter, cold and fast. No welcome drink, not even explanations (pool hours, Breakfast, etc).
"Suite Riviera sea view" really disappointing (2 connecting rooms as a suite, with 2 entrances, interior doors), it is anything but a suite. The view overlooks a construction site (Without any announcement from the Pension or the staff at check-in).
I asked before we arrived various attention for my wife's birthday, nothing was done normally. Melted cake in the room, bouquet of flowers deposited in the room after a signature at check-in, solution imposed by the concierge service. No special attention in the room despite the commitment of the concierge service of an unforgettable memory.. An unforgettable memory indeed.
A cold welcome respecting neither the loyal guests nor the guests, a room not up to the standard claimed, a really careless concierge service, a noisy setting (View on Works Newbie at 8am), a stay really to forget, a spoiled event.
Fortunately the room staff as well as the waiters at the restaurant or lobby lounge, live up to this iconic place.
Everything else is really not up to it, icing on the cake the breakfast worthy of a 3 star, an extremely restricted choice with tables and chairs added to the haste where families are visibly oriented, away from the rest of the room...
This Inn is not suitable for families or loyal All Accor guests, you will not be entitled to late check-out or early check-in. Unless you're fighting for it.
The breakfast itself was OK but probably wasn’t worth the extra cost. The room overlooked the garden and was very clean and comfortable but a regular hotel room for the money, but it is Monaco and the yacht show was on.
As a hotel guest you get access to the rooftop pool and the Niki Beach pool as well (but can only use the sun beds furthest away from the pool unless you pay for poolside cabanas).
The staff were really helpful and friendly although the check in queue was long and slow and the check in process took a while as you have to manually fill out your passport and personal details.
Food and drink is expensive in the hotel but probably relevant to other places in Monaco.
P.S Dubai Fairmont is literally levels ahead of this one. You dont even feel that you’re in Fairmont here.
The best and most comfortable seats are dedicated to external paying guests. Furthermore, the pool area has music that is too loud since the morning and does not offer the relaxation and tranquility that one would expect, taking on the appearance of a nightclub complete with a show of bottles and candles, nothing elegant and refined.
Exaggerated for a hotel with high prices not to offer pool service when it is present.
I have to say a disappointment.
For the rest I must especially underline the kindness of the staff at the reception, and car and luggage service always available and friendly.
