This hotel is close to the center of Graz and very close to the wonderful Schlossberg (small mountain) with its restaurant at the top giving a fantastic aerial view of Graz. The hotel is a little dated and the rooms relatively spartan. The center of the hotel has a pretty atrium with an orangeri style roof and hanging plants giving...

Sad to see the negative reviews of this great hotel. Perhaps it's about the angle of view. My wife and I stayed there for one night last weekend so we could attend a nearby birthday celebration. The reception was courteous and efficient, the room spacious, comfortable and clean, everything worked well including the door lock, heating/ac, wifi, television, lighting and...

Dear guest, we thank you and we appreciate your comment. Personaly, I like you sentence: If you are expecting a swish or clinical international style business hotel, it's probably not for you. It is explaining everything! Mostly guests are expecting a stereotype hotel, hotelroom and furnishing. So we are very happy to read such a commnt! It is grat. Thank...

Stayed here two nights on business. Friendly Wellcome from reception and quickly processed to room .. the hotel is impressive in the corridor but a little less impressive in the rooms. The floors were creaky and some noise did bleed in to the room but it didn't stop me sleeping. The biggest problem was the bathroom with difficult shower where...

The good thing about this hotel is its location its very central right on the town square and we had a good evening in the bar where the barman was friendly and a jazz band was on. But it is definitely not of a 4 star standard. It has a lot of period decoration and furniture but it all needs...

Our room was huge with very high ceilings. The décor is very grand with a massive bed and parquet floors. Unfortunately the floor was extremely creaky but considering the age of the hotel this is understandable. The room was spotless, very comfortable and quiet. It did not have a separate shower from the bath. The location was perfect, being in...

Our first visit to Graz was favourably influenced by this centrally located four star hotel. Pricey yes, but worth it. Our room was wonderful on the first floor but well stocked with both a coffee machine and kettle. Beautiful furnishings with a tiled antique coal oven. Our son in the next room was not so fortunate, he had a larger...

The location is excellent in the middle of the old center of Graz. The rooms are very nice, clean, and have enough space for luggage's. The rooms are also quiet. Breakfast is great from Austrian specialties to more traditional European. The only minus comes from the morning team in the breakfast area as it was not at all shiny and...

Only there for a short period of two days. But it proved to be quite a pleasant and very convenient hotel to stay. It is located in the city centre; you just have to walk out of the building and you are in the middle of all shops, coffee shops, bakeries, beside a good shopping centre and practically facing everything...

Stayed here for 2 nights recently. Very disappointed. Hotel claims to be a 4 star and it charges 4 star prices but it really needs to be refurbished. Our room was spacious but decor was terrible. Bathroom was awful. The whole experience was 3 star and that unfortunately includes the staff and food.
