The Hotel has a good Standard and very friendly staff. The rooms are big, the bathrooms are good, they serve Little things at the bar - but Restaurants are near by, For the traffic siutation in Graz the Hotel has a good Location as you have several route options to get into the city or out. No frills, no excitement, no party. Exactly what we wanted. Friendly service, clean rooms, almost new (however boring) furniture, nothing to complain. Oh, wait, one thing: pillows are rather small, this is the only downside in my opinion. One more thing: cannot just the breakfast - never had it during our two stays so far.

Stayed two days in March at the Star Inn Hotel in Graz. I booked the rooms in December so imagine our surprise when we arrived to the hotel and found out that thy were hosting a big chunk of the Special Olympic's participants and coaches. We embraced for bad experience but to our surprise the hotel's staff handled the situation...

Spent one night at this hotel on our way back from the southern Europe. We got the family room which had the family bed behind a sliding door and a convertible sofa for our child in the main part of the room. The room size was surprisingly big, more than expected. Breakfast was very good with something for everybody. There...

A first visit to Graz and I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, although the reviews were pretty good. Staff were really friendly and helpful and mostly perfectly able to communicate in English; where they couldn't they got someone who could to assist. The owner/manager was quite a character and also very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean...

The hotel is very clean and staff friendly although they have difficulty in communication in English. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very clean. Room service is also very good. Towels are changed daily even if they are still on the rail.

Nice hotel with big, clean rooms (2 people). Bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdrayer (and everything else you need). Heating was great. Our room had a balkon, which is nice (although the view is nothing special). Breakfast was excellent (buffet) and everyone can find something no matter how picky he/she is. It has Wi-Fi in rooms which was working...
