We arrived to find we had 3 flights of stairs to get to our room (no lifts) - not great with a young family with bags. The breakfast was good. Transport was good as there is a bus stop right out the front. Actual room was just average.

Room was small and basic. It was clean though.Breakfast was also basic. A 10 min bus ride away from the city centre. Bus stop is opposite the hotel so very easy to get into the city. Not much to do near the hotel. Quadruple rooms available but could be cramped.

I have to blame myself for selecting this place. In fairness, my family didn't think it was as horrible as I did, except for the location, so I am giving it a 2 instead of 1. I booked a family room for a night, and foolishly believed the reviews that said it wasn't far to get to the interesting sights...

Dated and showing its age but spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and helpful . Single room cosy but comfortable however an overweight person would have problems with the bathroom and the bed. Good selection at the optional breakfast buffet but not a lot of choice locally . It's about a 26 minute walk to the old town but one...

We love the fact that the Villa Turnerwirt is located at the skirt of Salzburg where is quite peaceful and away from crowd of tourists. Private parking space is huge but if you don't drive there, a bus stop is just in front of the Villa. A bit confused when arrived at the villa since there was no one there....

the villa was passable.. the rooms were not too big .. normal European small rooms .. the heating was not apt.. there was a small stream next door which was quite easy on the eyes. the breakafst spread was quite nice.

Armed with a 15, 13 and 1 year old the villa room was perfect. Plenty of room for mum and dad too and ample parking which can be quite a stressful experience in Saltzburg. This was our third trip here but first one with kids. The breakfast was simple but perfect plenty of seating which helps and a good selection....

This was such a cute hotel that my husband and I stayed at on our honeymoon! The man at the front desk, I believe his name was Richard, was so pleasant! They had maps at the front desk and would show us what route to take on what numbered bus that stops right in front of the hotel! It was...

We booked a triple room for a couple of nights, comfortable with a nice view of the mountainside. It was 31 degrees and there is no air conditioning, was a breeze through the windows which was welcome. This simple hotel puts the big chains to shame because it offers FREE wi if in the bedoroom, you do not have to sit in an overcrowded...

I was surprised at the location of the hotel, I guess I should have checked it out a bit more. From photo's it looked like it was in the middle of the countryside. It was on the outskirts of town and our sat nav took us through a few housing estates. Anyhow, it was a good, clean but basic hotel....
