Beautiful hotel (originally built as palace accomodation) it is close to the old town and walking distance to many restaurants & bars. Plus there is a bus stop out front. Wonderful views. Clean and reasonably priced

This hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the Landestheater and the Marionetten Theater. We had tickets for performances at both theaters and the location was perfect for us. It is a 3 minute walk to Mirabell gardens & about 7 minutes to the pedestrian bridge over the river, which brings you to the old town on the...

Hotel am Mirabellplatz is very nice. Location is close to city centre, parking easy to find 3 minutes from the hotel in public garage for ca 20 euro. Room is a 4 star standard, breakfast pleasant, generally no problem

This hotel has a great handicap; 7 out of 9 times l got in, the reception was empty- l could not get my key. The first 3 times it was a coincidence- then a systematic trait. Alternative was carrying around a great metal drum wirh crimson tassles....On the desk was a big sign: please have patience as we are away...

The check in was easy and quick, the staff were fantastic. Very helpful and spoke fluent English. The room itself was a little bit tired, however it was clean and did the job for a one night stopover. The room we got was huge, a double bed (two singles together) and an additional single bed. The bathroom was clean and...

Great location right at Mirabell Palace. Old Town is a 5 minute walk. Very professional and efficient service. Very pleasant staff and eager to please. Very nice room and a great palace like feeling because of the history of the building. Surely will stay there again!!

Excellent location at a walking distance from the train station and the old town. The room was clean, but with old furniture. The bathroom could be better cleaned. Breakfast was excellent with multiple choices. Wifi works fine. Personnel was helpful and friendly.

This hotel shows signs of wear but our room was clean and it's in a great location just a short walk to any part of Salzburg you might wish to visit. Our room overlooked the street so we had a little street noise but it wasn't a significant problem. There was an in-room safe, a TV with English language news...
