We spent three nights in Salzburg, mid May. The hotel is located at a short ride from the Salburg main station, 10 minute walk from the old town and bang opposite to the Mirabell gardens. For those unfamilar with Salzburg, unlike other European cities, there...More
I stayed here for 2 nights with my husband. We really enjoyed the hotel; it was clean and comfortable. The stand-outs were the staff who were very friendly and helpful, and the location. It was easy to walk to old town and other attractions, and...More

My husband and I walked from the train station. It is a pretty direct route, but takes around 15 minutes. We only had one suitcase each, so walking was easy. At the information desk in the train station, you can ask for the bus number. The bus stop is outside the train station. You can also take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage.
