Stayed 3 nights on holiday. Quiet, clean and comfortable. About 10 mins walk to Mirabelle Square. Spacious rooms, comfy bed, good heating, but bathroom need a little updating. Excellent breakfast buffet, but no lunch or dinner service - but plenty of good restaurants close by. Staff are extremely efficient and friendly. Good value for money.

What a charming hotel and the staff is exceptional, especially Rene. He was so helpful with a wonderful dinner recommendation and reserved a tour for us. A great conversationalist too! The hotel is charming and in a great location. It's in a quiet neighborhood and about a 15 min walk into the old city. Every night at 8:00pm they play...

The hotel is about a 15 minute flat walk into the old city via Mirabella Gardens. The hotel itself is lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff (Rene in particular) are wonderful and offer fantastic advice. Salzburg itself is stunning with lovely architecture and the amazing Fortress overlooking the City is a must. We highly recommend requesting a 5th floor room...

Great place to stay. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Quiet and clean. The front desk was incredibly helpful from the time we arrived and throughout our stay for giving us recommendations in town which was much appreciated for restaurants.

We visited Salzburg again for the Christmas Markets this year and had no hesitation in returning to the Mozart, The staff are superb, the beds comfy, Spotlessly clean and the location is perfect. Would not look anywhere else The Concierge staff are all excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they have some excellent recommendations. We did the Kapuzinerberg walk...

From the moment we walked in the front door everything was spot on. Our rooms were ready very early so we could go straight up when we arrived late morning. The staff on reception were fantastic, always very helpful and smiling whenever you saw them. I asked for 2 extra pillows which were delivered to the room in minutes and...

Together with a small party of friends I have just returned from a three night stay at Hotel Mozart, which is a great example of how a good privately owned hotel can be so much better than a stay at one of the many international hotel chains. Upon check-in a warm and friendly greeting from the proprietor Arthur set the...

As mentioned by others, Rene L., makes you feel like a long lost family member returning home with his warm and genuine welcome. He and the staff were wonderfully attentive throughout our stay. Hotel is well located for transport, Christmas markets in Old Town, and restaurants all within 15 minute walk...or less. Do yourself two favors - visit Salzburg, it...

This hotel is an easy walk from old town Salzburg with an interesting mix of antique shops mere blocks from this location. This is an old hotel which has been meticulously maintained and cleanliness is paramount everywhere. The bathrooms appear to have been fully renovated within the last 5 years. Rene at the front desk cannot do enough to help...
