Totally crap service. Waited for three hours and still no extra bed. Front desk staff helpless and no manager willing to talk.
That is after waiting for over an hour for a "quick" dinner to be served in the hotel restaurant.
Seems like a bunch...More
Manager actually said, the confirmation email you got was not from us but a partner organisation- essentially shrugging off responsibility for a missing piece of information.
