The hotel was clean but very basic - this was ok considering the amount of time you spend in the room. One member of our group did find a bug and that was handled. Plenty of hot water - pillows and towels were thin There is only one elevator and when the entire group of 50 checked in it took...

Outdated rooms with no amenities . No service or attention . Parking is charged , also no parking available because all area is used by construction vehicles . Entrance to the hotel obstructed by workers ........... On arrival had to carry all luggage across the road for check-in , only to find out that the reception is in one building...

Modern hotel within walking distance of the Old Town through the mountain where the parking garage is located. Interesting. We old folks took taxis in and out of the Old Town for a reasonable fare. Great food at the Salzburg Castle outdoors overlooking the town. Wiener schnitzel, roast pork mit Knodel. Yum. And the prices are reasonable.Don't try to drive...

This hotel, by all means, should not claim to be a 4 star hotel. The prevailing reviews are right and I am disappointed the travel site which I booked this hotel under would not recognise this even though I pointed this out to them. I stayed for the location. There is no shame to be a three star hotel and...

When I booked this hotel through Expedia, I was not really paying attention to details, because we needed the hotel only for two nights. So the 4* stars that hotel Neutor claims were enough insurance for me that the place would have all basic amenities. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Having no air conditioning when it's cold outside may...

Clean and comfortable accommodations. Quiet hotel. We stayed in the main building and were told that rooms in the main building were nicer than the hotel's accommodations across the street. Daily breakfast was a plus. Also good location -- we were able to enjoy stroll to Christmas Market and other touristy sites.

I have left a review of this place on booking.com who I booked it through but just in case it gets excluded as I believe hotels can do this l felt strongly enough to review it here as well just so people know what they are booking. Salzburg is expensive in the old city and so I gritted my teeth...

We had a pleasant stay here. No frills. Reception was nice when we checked in. Bathroom was large by normal standard. Some stains in the bathtub but everything else was fine. I like that their bedroom and bathroom are bright. Location is excellent. Just 5 mins walk inside the tunnel and we r in old town. Tips: walk up the...

This hotel comprises two buildings opposite each other. It didn't look great from the outside and inside was worse. Very tired looking hotel, needs repainted and new carpets at least. Our building had a reception desk but we didn't see it manned in the time we were there. Had to go across the road 3 times as I couldn't get...

Don't be fooled by the 4 star rating and the pictures. Very shabby place - small rooms - no ventilation or air conditioning - had to leave door open to balcony to get some air and very noisy street below. We did have a pedestal fan which we had to spin by hand to get it going. Sheets and towels...
