The Wolf-Dietrich is a wonderful place to stay while in Salzburg. Just around the corner is a lovely pedestrian street that leads to Old Town. It's a nice walk, filled with interesting shops. We (retirees in our 60s) stayed in the main building, three steps...More
We spent three nights at the Wolf Dietrich as part of our family vacation to Germany and Austria. We stayed in one of the family rooms in the annex building just across the street. Our room was very clean, with 2 full bathrooms, 2 televisions,...More
My wife and me went to celebrate our 10th anniverssary and we really loved the hotel especially their cozy spa (don't miss it , it's totally free) also we were very happy with their suite (it's really romantic)

Steve, we stayed in the room below the romantic suite as they were all gone, and it was lovely. The hotel was at least a 4 Star and there are restaurants etc very close by. We used Viator to book trips and the Mozart concert with a three course meal at the fortress was excellent. We used Austria-Taxi from the airport and the worked out £75 round trip. Hope this helps
