Very charming hotel with rooms that have a lot of character. The service was very good. They put in a small cot for my son at no extra charge, and there were nice Mozart chocolates on the bed. The hotel has been around for many years, but the room was updated and very clean

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the beautiful Stadtkrug Hotel in Salzburg. Wonderful property steeped in history. We had 2 rooms with all the comforts required. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast included in the room rate. And very friendly, professional and efficient

Service was slow. Nearly 1 hour wait for food when only 4 other tables were in use. Steak was over cooked I ate 1/3 of my chicken and no one asked me if everything was ok. We asked for the bill twice. I don't recommend the place for eating

I recommend a comfort room - big enough for an add. bed and enough space for your kids. They also offer cots.

Hello, how far are you from the train station please?
It's less than 3 kilometers so walking is an option if you're travelling light. As with the previous reviewer, we had luggage and took a taxi.

Do they have aircon? we will be traveling in summer.
Hi - no as the building is so old but in our room there was a large window we could open and also an electric fan you could plug in. It was 75 degrees when we were there and didn't need the fan
