Beautifully located boutique hotel with a spotlessly clean and modern finish. Hotel staff including owner were superb and exceptionally accommodating. Travelled with 3 kids!Definitely want to go back.

Located in the historic center it was great to pop in and out of as the temperatures dropped around New Year's. Finely appointed, I wish they would have included breakfast. Hate the nickel and dime deal. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is in a great location in the historic centre. Overall, the hotel is good but not great. Breakfast is reasonably priced but fairly basic and the breakfast room is quiet cramped. Friendly service.

Although the hotel is located just opposite the cathedral and the Christmas market, the rooms are very quiet! The bed was comfortable and breakfast offered a big variety of choices. The rooms have a good heating and an aircon for summer, just the waterpressure in the shower was a bit weak. Service was prompt and friendly. I would recommend this...

With just afew meters away from the Christmas markets this hotel is great value for money. Only minus was that until I figured out how to get the heating on, I was already frozen ;) still though, highly recommended

The room we reserved was not big enough for three so we had to reserve another one for our adult daughter which made staying here VERY expensive. However, her single room with two beds head to head, was cute and perfect for her. Our room was on the second floor, the hotel has an elevator, and it was very hot...

This hotel's location, along with its medieval structure with modern updates make it one of the best hotels we have visited. Our room was on the street side, very spacious and quiet. We found the staff to be warm and professional. Don't miss the morning breakfast, you will not be disappointed! We will be recommending this to all our friends...

Had not been to Salzburg before and did not appreciate the excellent location until we arrived. It was 15mins approx to walk from the station, and perfectly located to explore the old town. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and plenty of storage. Quite a dark room with window view onto internal courtyard. No tea/coffee in our room....
