We booked this hotel thinking it was in Insbruck, so we're a bit surprised to find it was a few kms out. However, it was a lovely hotel, and the service was excellent. The evening meal was delicious and sensibly priced. The Family room that we had, had plenty of space, with the children staying in an annexe to the... More

This is a very nice guesthouse close to Innsbruck. It is a little drive from the city but if you have a vehicle it is not inconvenient. The rooms are clean as spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located not far from Innsbruck and close to the highway to the Brenner Pass, so little delay in our journey to get to and from the hotel. It is not very big, but comfortable and clean. The hotel does not have kitchen service, so there is no dinner available at night. However, in the neighbourhood, half a... More

We stayed in a family room (with 4 people). It was large and spacious. The hotel is not grandiose, but it provided all the necessities for our 1-night stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Staff was nice and courteous.

Because of a three hour delay we would arrive a half hour later with seven people in this hotel. We called the hotel because of the little delay and what we must do to get the key. The hotel told us that after 10:00 am we were no longer welcome, rules are rules. There was no talking to this guy,... More

Girlfriend booked this thinking it was walking distance to town center, it wasn't. 15 minutes on a bus or car. We arrive late in afternoon and had to wait for our room to be completed. The bus only leaves about every hour. We tried to catch the bus pouring down with rain but it never came so we had to... More

Positives: neat and clean in the countryside, beautiful mountain view, free wifi in rooms, pleasant welcome with information about public transport, bus 4140 halts at the hotel. Negatives or things to tc: no shops around, hotel kitchen closes at 8, bus 4140 is vvt hence bus ticket not covered with innsbruck travel card, frequency of bus is approx 1 hour,... More

They do not respond to queries and also if you show up a little late- their doors are locked and they ask you to come back another day. The hotel is POORLY located - and... More

It is clean and comfortable place with basic room accommodation. The restaurant is serving a small selection of traditional austrian food and the breakfast wiil set you well for the... More

“It does nit seem to matter very much, the neighbourhood is very quiet. Our room was rather large, but I haven't seen the others.”

“We had room 10, second floor, with double aspect view. This is front of the hotel and has great mountain views, but is also on the main road. Back rooms may have less traffic noise.”
